I keep having to drive behind a Ford F-250 with BRSROOF license plate and frame promoting the company. The person driving it is always going 10-20 mph slower than the speed limit because he has his phone to his ear and a cigarette in the other. And I guess we commute around the same time so I am constantly trying to get around this guy who flicks his cigs out the window while weaving in his lane because he can't care to have his hand on the wheel. Dude you have a brand new truck, get someone age 18-45 to set up your Bluetooth for you.

Highly recommend BRS Roofing. They have re-roofed, repaired and maintained our small HOA since 2012 and are professional, punctual, tidy and courteous. Tony Brasil runs a friendly and efficient office staff, has trained trustworthy roofing managers and respond quickly to small and large roofing issues. I used them on my own home after Tropical Storm Hilary last year, and they expertly replaced a flat foam room, rebuilt my destroyed sheet metal fireplace cap and removed 40 year old tile, installed new under- layment, put the tile back down in addition to replacing some broken tiles in a few days time, working around rainstorms. BRS can handle nearly all construction jobs, including replacing wood beams, garage door headers, steel gates, etc. at a very competitive price.

They paid to remove my first hand accounting (that means it happened directly to me and I am relaying the actual accounting of their actions) of their own extremely unprofessional workers and supervisors. I will post this review every time they pay to remove it so that people can see how terrible they are to the customer and what shoddy work they perform. The workers are extremely rude and will swear and cuss at you constantly. They will block the road ways with their vehicles and tell you that you can't do anything about it. They will have the supervisors yell at you for asking them to allow you to get to your own house on a public street that they have no permits to be closing. Avoid them at all costs if you want a good job done, the ""roofing work"" they did left our house worse than before. These are the worst roofers in America. They will treat you terribly and your roof will be worse than ever when they decide to leave.

Unfair business practices. Requested full reimbursement of a repair to a skylight that BRS Roofing caused damage due to power washing. Completely broke the skylight in which pieces fell into our condo. They denied the damage, but put a piece of plastic over the large hole, but not secure enough against outside elements. We had to act quickly to have the skylight repaired by a different construction company. When we sent the invoice to BRS for payment, they short paid us; and the president, Tony Brasil, responded they were denying full payment.
What kind of business does this? Be aware.

Very professional front office and service leads both in office and onsite. Came to repair my foam roof after a solar company placed the 'legs' in the wrong location. Trimmed prior coating where legs had been, sprayed urethane foam in holes and surrounding, and re-coated the elastomeric - done right! Four guys, efficient and thorough. I'm on the HOA board and am not considering using anyone else.

Fausto just left our house and did a thorough evaluation of our roof, and repaired some roof leaks that have been leaking into the house since the Hurricane. His service was / is an example of excellent representation of BRS. We will be adding a maintenance plan, to try and minimize chances of future damage.

The literal worst! The workers are rude and have no consideration for anything . They peace messes everywhere, plug in equipment wherever they want, start and end at hours they decide ... It has been 2 1/2 weeks and they are still doing the roof . This is ridiculous. They are unnecessarily loud shouting back and forth . Don't use they are awful

After avoiding a much needed roof for many years, our HOA Board began researching options for the new roof we needed. I cannot say enough good things about BRS Roofing in San Bernadino, particularly about Lorenzo who had the patience of a saint to answer the many, many questions we had. He educated us about the types of materials available, the various warranties, the maintenance required, etc. This process took some months, and he was gracious, thorough and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. Once the project started, he was in steady communication with us. The foreman on the job, Adolfo did a great job supervising the project and came back to assess things when we had a water issue - which turned out to have nothing to do with the roof, but was a cracked boiler vent. We have had our new roof since January 2019 and it has been absolutely perfect: no leaks whatsoever. I am surprised by some of the negative comments here because we couldn't have asked for a more responsible or competent company to work with. I recommend them unequivocally.
