I have been very patient with Anthony Broussard I understand he is busy but this is not right!!
When he installed my new roof I had a patio that needed repair he recommend that when they changed my roof he could fix my patio. For an additional fee and I buy the product for the patio repair. They put some kind of Silicone sealant on it that never worked. He did come by a number of times to try and resolve the problem but it always leaked after a few rain days. I don't understand how he has such high ratings and am very disappointed at the fact that he doesn't answer my text anymore. I would definitely not recommend him and hope he would keep his word when he says he will fix it. I had to pay someone else to repair his unprofessional work.

They did our roof 5 years ago and during an inspection while selling some things came up that needed addressed. Andre was extremely arrogant and rude on the phone and claimed I was being had and this is how inspections go to get money off the house. However, we've had to have them do one repair already that didn't take and then we're ignored. He does not stand by his work, claims it was done perfectly. Well, I have documentation stating otherwise. When I asked if he'd come and look at it, he asked who was gonna reimburse him for his wasted time! I have dealt with rude contractors before but he is by far the worst.

I recently had a disaster at my home-due to faulty construction of my roof in my garage the roof was almost collapsing in on itself with the chance of it taking down my side wall with it. The insurance company denied coverage- don't you love those insurance companies!!!! Anyway, I called every roofer on Yelp and quite a few construction companies. People came, looked, shook their head, and commiserated with me. I waited for a few weeks before anyone called back and they were going to send engineers for plans etc etc etc. Meanwhile my roof was in imminent danger of falling in on itself. Finally I called Andre. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and had a solution immediately, which was the same solution I had told everyone-remove the tiles, remove the framing, install a new frame and replace the tiles. He was not phased at all by the scope of the work . He got to work measuring everything, to order the new trusses and framing, said it would be about a week and then would be back to do the job. He kept his word and that is exactly what happened. He was extremely professional and a great communicator. His guys came every day and just got on with everything. He was amazing. He also got all the permits pulled without a hitch and did his own drawings for those. If you are looking for someone you can trust, who knows their business inside out, is a great communicator, is extremely reliable and, on top of that gives you a good price, then look no further-Andre is your man. I was so grateful to him and his team . I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

If you are in need of a new roof, or any other construction project or remodel, you really should call this company. Andre is a wonderful contractor who really takes the time to do the job right and walks you through the entire process. It is a painless, and rewarding, experience. And the quality? We have had 3 major jobs done lately....new roof, bathroom and kitchen. The results are outstanding and we couldn't be happier. I truly believe the value of our home, built in 1953, has increased by a minimum of 50K, just as a result of the work of Andre and his hard working team. You will be as delighted, and excited, as my wife and I when you see the end result

Just before Christmas 2018 our roof started to leak.Called the next day to about 5 companies and Andre out of the 5,was one of the 2 people who replied instantly and would come out the next day i think since there was a break in the weather.Great quick response co close to the holiday season.Every thing was great he went up took pictures and did a repair for $175.Now it was when he came back down to tell us we can get a permanent fix down some down the road.Well it started to leack again about 3 weeks later.Called him he promptly came out.Our problem was that we where never given the choice of a permanent fix so we ended up paying anothet $275 for the permanent fix...so basically we blew $175 .....i wonder why we where never given a choice it would have been a no brainer to get a permanent fix.

Small repair on corner of my roof last fall, leaked this winter, have texted/emailed/phoned and I get no response over several weeks from Andre. Wouldn't expect that from a business so well-reviewed on Yelp.

Roof came out ok and completed in a reasonable amount of time. My issue with them is the winter following the install there was leaking around sky lights.
Nearly 3 weeks to get them out to take a look and attempt repair. Repair worked for a couple rains but eventually leaked again. Several phone calls and no response. Once they got your money, good luck.

We had a window leaking in the dining room 3 windows tall and not exactly sure where it was breached. He was able to come the morning the day after I called and quickly diagnose the problem - including the errors in our failed attempts to repair ourselves. He took measurements of what had to be replaced and fixed it the next week. When it stormed not a drop cane in the house. Very pleased with the high quality work and friendly service. The price was very fair.

After receiving several very negative reports on the condition of the roof of the rental property we have in Brentwood, indicating at the roof was too damaged to repair, stating unequivocally that it was ""beyond it's serviceable life"" and need to be ""replaced now"". Andre Broussard, owner of the Broussard Roofing Co, was one of six roofing companies we called and requested an inspection and quote as respects any repairs. One said the roof could be repaired and they would give a 5 year warranty on the repaired roof, three said that while it needed to be replaced entirely now, only Broussard said very honestly that the ""Roof looks to be in fair condition and could last a few more years."" But, wanting to get a solid sale without future problems, I took Andre's suggestion to simply cover the existing roofing material with new 30 year GAF reflector series high definition composition shingles. He confirmed that the existing roofing was in good enough condition to remain as a sweat barrier, and would avoid the need for additional felt underlayment paper, as the roof would not be removed. In two days from the start date, the roof was completed, it looks terrific and the workmanship is so good, you cannot even tell the new roofing is covering the original roof that was installed in 1987. The pricing was very good, the installation warranty is for 10 years, the cleanup was efficient and the workmen were very cooperative and easy to work with. The tract of homes where my house is located in Brentwood has many, many homes in the same neighborhood with roofing in similar condition to mine at 30 plus years. This solution can save a lot of money if you don't have to tear off the old roofing to get the job done. Also, since this is a closely held family owned business that has been operating in this area with very high marks for 29 years, leave a message and Andre will get back to you the same day!
