Call Broussard Roofing first. I'm so glad I did. My roof was leaking and another rainy day was coming in a few days. Andre Broussard was very efficient in getting back me, checking out the roof, showed pictures and got to work on it before the next storm. They guarantee the work for 3 years. Andre and his crew did an amazing job. They worked fast and efficient . I expected 3-4 days and they were done in less then 2 days. They did the roof on my house , a sewing room and small building detached from the house, coating on a large patio and porch. His crew was polite and efficient and left the place cleaner then the guys that cut my lawn. His estimate was much less then the other quote I got and he actually did more work for that price. I highly recommend Andre and his crew and I couldn't be happier.

Broussard Roofing fixed a leak that caused a water damage insurance claim. Another company quoted a higher bid to rip out more stucco which would require repainting the side wall of the 2 story house to cover the patch where roof/gutter/stucco met. Andre 'surgically' eliminated the cause of the leak and the small patch was barely visible, requiring just a little touch-up paint. Broussard offered the same 3 year warranty and saved me a good deal of money.

ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS. Window frames separate from the exterior with '""hair line"" cracks. Insurance company contractor tested with a garden hoses and infra red moisture detection, around windows inside my unopened walls. You can caulk the exterior frame of your windows/doors during the summer ahead of the rain season and eliminate potential BIG $$ out-of-pocket. Water damage is the #1 home owner claim and insurance doesn't cover lack of maintenance. They require a elephant crash into your house during a storm.

We used Andre at Broussard Roofing almost 3 years ago to fix our leaking roof and were impressed with his detailed work, his explanations and his professionalism. After the last heavy downpour, our roof appeared to be leaking in the same area again, so we called him back up. He responded promptly, and spent a fair amount of time up on our roof. When he was finished he let us know, (and showed us a picture), of a large accumulation of leaves which had caused a dam, backing up a pool of water where it could not drain. He cleared out all the gunk, and even resealed all the areas where the water had backed up, (which shouldn't happen again). This was not his fault, but he fixed the problem anyway at no charge. Again, we were very impressed with his integrity and great work. We highly recommend him!

We bought a new house this year with the original wood shake roof that was desperately in need of replacement. We were also getting solar panels and called Broussard Roofing at the recommendation of our solar guys. Andre was very responsive and knowledgeable. The cost was a little higher than the other estimates we received, but i felt that Andre knew what he was doing and that I could trust his expertise. The roof install went smoothly and even my neighbors were impressed with how efficient they were.

Andre and team did exactly what was proposed they'd do in a professional, quick manner! He set the expectation from the start that he was super busy but would get to us in two weeks and he did exactly that. The work he suggested and completed was exactly what was needed for an ongoing leak problem and this was something never previously suggested by the original roofing company who is large and well known in Brentwood CA. The recommendation was to remove two attic vent flashing over low pitched area moving them and re installing new look alike attic vents to another side of the house. We've already have had two storms and so far, his work and recommendation was 100% accurate. Highly, highly recommend, Broussard Roofing and Construction Inc.

In 1999 he was recommended by two nearby neighbors for whom he had installed new roofs. I had a 40 year roof installed, he did an excellent job. In 2011 I called him about putting in some venting in my roof over the newly insulated garage, and he suggested a roof line vent, which is invisible but worked great, plus he installed a wonderful suntunnel into my very dark cave of a laundry room, making a world of difference in the light at the end of that hallway. In 8 years that tunnel has never leaked, so I am one happy camper! Heartily recommend, does great work, wonderful to work with, on time, and reasonably priced.
