I met with Ralph from Brothers Sheet Metal. He looked at our house, made a few notes and told me he would email a bid later that afternoon. No email came. I waited a few days assuming he was busy...still no email. I called the office and explained my situation and she said she would have him call me immediately. Ralph never called. I finally gave up. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Great experience. Found Brothers Sheetmetal on Yelp. Bid it out to 3 companies. Brothers and one other came in at the same price, but Brothers is licensed and insured (the other was not) and also offered me everything I wanted at the better price (flat face gutters). The most amazing part - because I knew what I wanted, I never even met with them. They left the bid for me, booked the job over phone, came and installed and billed me. And I didn't have to take one minute off of work. Total professionals and a great experience. Would recommend to anyone and everyone and already a neighbor has admired and asked for their name.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. I just remodeled a 2 story craftsman duplex and had gutters installed by BSM. Of all the trades on the job, Ralph and crew were painless to deal with. They install was quick, his crew was helpful trouble shooting ideas and coordinating with the other trades on the job site, and they kept the job site clean. The price was competitive and on target. I would definitely use them again.

Brothers Sheetmetal & Rain Gutters is a fantastic company. They came out for a free estimate, and beat out the competition by 500 -850 dollars. When it was time to uninstall the old gutters, and put on the new ones. They were on time and did a really great job, very professional company. Totally recommend this company.

Yes, I should do a better job at posting positive feedbacks. I'll do a better job moving forward. But, I think naturally, we have more motivation to log the negative feedback to save other people from same experience. However, all my negative feedback postings are real and I do not complain about anyone for no reason. And what I wrote about ""Brothers Sheetmetal & Rain Gutters"" is 100% true. Though, the owner of course is going to deny that.

Also, if you read through other postings, I am not the only one who these guys didn't keep the appointment with and/or didn't return the calls. Sorry, you need to do a better job at customer service.

We'd much rather give Ralph FIVE stars because the first half of our home he did an AMAZING job with. The gutters in this section look terrific! My husband and I decided to upgrade and ordered the 4"" steel profile, which fit perfectly on our mid-city 1948 built home. They really look great and somewhat modern! My husband and I made the strategic error (UGH!!) of having only half the house's gutters completed as the other half wasn't often used for entry etc. We must add that this home was new to us, the gutters were installed at the end of an extensive remodel. INEVITABLY, through our first heavy season of rain, we found that the nature of the design/geology of our new home, lead to moisture issues on the exterior rafters and basement area. SO, we called Ralph/Bros Sheet Metal to have him return to continue the remainder of the 4"" steel gutters....HOW MANY TIMES did we call,??? Well, literally, through the course of at least a year, maybe over a dozen times (that's how much we loved his gutters, they have such a handsome profile!). He NEVER returned to help us out. We do not know what went wrong (in communication maybe)?!?! We are FLUMMOXED! And kinda hurt, and yes he is one of the best, but, for whatever reason, we have been met with a wall of GUTTER SILENCE! Sadly, we have given up, and maybe the newest gutters will not be a perfect match, but they are a close enough match to the existing 4"" steels, the new gutter guy is totally kind and pleasant, and will install soon, before the next big storm...alas, that's our true gutter story.

Very good company to deal with. High quality work, friendly service, and competitive pricing. When having work done such as gutters, roofing, etc, it's the little details that make a difference (fasteners, not nails; rounded downspouts; directional drainage; and mitered corners). I highly recommend Ralph and his workers and would use them again.

Brother's Sheet Metal did an excellent job! Ralph responded to my call for an estimate immediately. He never tried to sell me on anything other than what I asked for but was very informed on all options. When his team led by foreman Jairo did the work they were on time, very professional and cleaned up after they finished. Although originally I felt the price was high, by the time they completed the job it was clearly worth every penny.

I had been having a hard time finding a company that could do a custom inlaid gutter on a 1927 built Spanish style home but Ralph knew exactly what to do. Three of the seven companies I called for estimates didn't even send me estimates after looking at the job. Ralph took pictures and kept me informed of all that they were doing. I would absolutely use Ralph and Brothers Sheet Metal again if I have more gutter work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of gutter work. If only having work done on one's home were always this easy!

True professionals! Got multiple quotes for the gutters and each one was about the same. However, having a mid-century home, I wanted gutters that fit the line of the home. Ralph came out and took the time to discuss the multiple options and we decided to go for square gutters. Now the reason why I choose Brothers is that they are sheet metal specialists and not just gutter people. So I knew they would be way more flexible and that any out of the ordinary problem, they could fix. And since an older house is going to be unique with the unique problems, I knew Brothers was the way to go. And I was right! There was some issue with the slope of the house running against the slope of the gutters. So they needed to add flashing to the drip guard and there were some less then pretty corners to deal with. However, the workmen that came out did an outstanding job. True craftmanship in handling the unique square sheet metal gutters. And most important to me was that the finish work was truly excellent. I cannot imagine anyone else doing a superior job. They stuck with the estimate and I couldn't be happier.

Installing gutters was the first ""major"" project on our recently purchased home so I was very cautious with the company I would choose to do the work. I set up the appointment with Ralph and he came by as scheduled. He set me at ease right away with his professionalism, knowledge and expertise. His suggestions were directly in line with what I had in mind. The gutters were installed as promised and they added an unexpected finishing touch to our homes appearance. I honestly only have good things to say about Brothers Sheet Metal.
