Just bought a house and hadn't even moved in yet when a tree fell on the roof puncturing a hole. I called at 8am on a Monday morning to see if they could help. Jarrod came out later that afternoon to patch the hole. He also sent an estimate on the actual repair and applied the cost of the patch towards the repair. Those guys came out quickly and did the repair quickly. Fast, easy, affordable.

I wanted to add that unfortunately I had contacted another roofing company first but after a week of being promised someone would come out, I finally realized they didn't have time for me who just wanted gutters and a skylight replaced (not realizing that eventually I will need a roofing company for a new roof). So I went and found Brotherhood. It was completely opposite of the other company and was so easy. Sebastian came out the next day for the estimate and then the work got done in a very timely fashion. Payment was easy and again, communication was amazing. I know who I will call when I need that new roof.

I don't know how come their reviews are all five stars. Am I so unlucky? I called them at the number on their website (972-742-5332) on July 18th and left my name, address, cell number and email address to them. The lady who answered the phone said they will contact me ""either later today or tomorrow"". It is July 24th today and I still did not heard anything. I understand they are probably busy but this is what I experienced.

Sebastian and his team did an excellent job on my home. I gave him a call after getting a referral from a friend who also had a positive experience with him. The day I called he had his Fence guy out to take a look at my property and give me an estimate. He was also able to complete the work while I was away on vacation with no issues and I was completely satisfied with the work.
