I wanted to add that unfortunately I had contacted another roofing company first but after a week of being promised someone would come out, I finally realized they didn't have time for me who just wanted gutters and a skylight replaced (not realizing that eventually I will need a roofing company for a new roof). So I went and found Brotherhood. It was completely opposite of the other company and was so easy. Sebastian came out the next day for the estimate and then the work got done in a very timely fashion. Payment was easy and again, communication was amazing. I know who I will call when I need that new roof.

I don't know how come their reviews are all five stars. Am I so unlucky? I called them at the number on their website (972-742-5332) on July 18th and left my name, address, cell number and email address to them. The lady who answered the phone said they will contact me ""either later today or tomorrow"". It is July 24th today and I still did not heard anything. I understand they are probably busy but this is what I experienced.

Sebastian and his team did an excellent job on my home. I gave him a call after getting a referral from a friend who also had a positive experience with him. The day I called he had his Fence guy out to take a look at my property and give me an estimate. He was also able to complete the work while I was away on vacation with no issues and I was completely satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to recommend Brotherhood Roofing to anyone needing roof repair.

If you want a legit company that knows what they are doing, hires good people and will treat you right look no further. This company is the roofer to go with. They are honest, quick, and make the process simple.

My husband and I needed some repairs done to our roof (new turbine, re-attach the flashing from our stack to the roof and repair gable vent screens). I called and was able to have Jarrod come out a couple of days later to take a look at our roof and confirm the repairs from our home inspection plus anything additional they did not catch. He arrived on time which is rare with contractors. After taking a look, he showed me pictures of the repairs needed and gave me a very fair quote. I had contacted a couple other roofers and Brotherhood was the best quote by far.

The next day he was able to get a crew out to my home and fix everything. Antonio was the main worker and was polite and efficient. Payment was easy to send from the invoice.

From the initial contact with Jarrod, Brotherhood Roofing, to the end he made the transaction quick and easy. The roof was installed in about 5 hours and his workmen were professional at all times. Although the installation process was good, the company is not standing behind their work, won't even return calls. I have a leak that originally had. Buyer beware.

So a tree branch fell onto our roof, punching a 50 cent peice hole clean through it. Called a few roofing companies, but brotherhood was the only company that responded in a timely fashion (I believe everyone was busy with repairs after a recent storm).

I filled out a request for an estimate online late one night, and they responded the very next morning. The gentleman I worked with was extremely professional, quickly coming out to inspect the damage and then email me an invoice. I believe the very next day (may have been two days later) someone was out and performed the repair. We just had another downpour and there were no leaks.

I am supremely impressed by their customer service and response time. In the time it took another roofing company to respond to my two phone calls (four days) with a text saying they had just placed me on a waiting list, Brotherhood had already appraised and repaired the damage.

Would highly recommend, and they will be my first choice should another issue with my roof arise.

After conducting thorough research online (Yelp, BBB, NextDoor, Kudzu, Google, HomeAdvisor and Houzz), I settled on Brotherhood Roofing to replace my hail damaged roof, because of his company's glowing reviews. Was I glad that I did! Not only did Sebastian present the most professional bid (with GAF brochure, letters of recommendation and his insurance coverage), but everything he did and said throughout the bidding process, negotiations with my insurance company, during and after the replacement, reflected his professionalism. Because my 40-yr shingle was no longer being produced, he worked out a way for me to get a 50-yr shingle and my insurance company approved it. His crew painted my vent stacks to complement my shingles. When I had an issue with a bent furnace vent stack, he paid to replace it - after I had paid for the roof replacement. He didn't duck my calls - he took care of it. This guy is the model for how contractors should present and conduct themselves. He is now on my preferred vendor list.
