We had such an amazing experience with Sam. Our flat roof was in poor shape and finding an experienced roofer to help with repairs was not easy. He did an excellent job with everything. The estimate, the explanation of the work, the installation and clean up after all the work was done. The work was done in a timely matter. It was all actually quicker than I expected. He was available for me to resolved any questions I had within 24 hours. The roofing guys were great. I thought customer service was a thing of the past. Not if you choose Sam. I can't say enough about him and the company.

Just wanted to get on here and send a big thank you to the sales rep Sam! My tile roof needed some repairs, he was able to give me a great deal and sent his team over in no time to get it repaired!

Bronco Roofing was called by a neighbor at a rental property that I own to inspect MY roof without my permission! The neighbor claimed a tile fell off my roof and he didn't want to go in his yard-it was disturbing his quiet, peace and enjoyment! This business started April 29 via text to me with a critically ill father in heart failure-we were in the hospital in LA. My immediate response was to provide the name and number of the roofer, happy to address the situation.

My property is always well maintained. The neighbor was asked what roofer told them it was my tile-it was over a month before I received two names of roofers. One roofer shared he had never been to the property. Bronco Roofing told me that they were helping the neighbor help me out and would send me a proposal and return one of my numerous phone calls-the most recent phone conversation/message on June 1, 2021. No proposal and no return phone call. Since when can roofing companies take photos/inspect the roof of a property owner without their permission? BEWARE!

It appears as if the photos/inspection without my permission may be violating some type of contractor regulations not to mention can be considered trespassing!?

This company recently did some minor work on my next door neighbor's roof (about $1200 worth of tile roof repair). We are very fortunate in that we live in a gated and guarded community in Irvine, to be affluent persons.

My neighbor said that Bronco was ok company to work with. So, I chose Bronco because I expected my minor repair work to come in at about $1200, which it did.

THE 1st BIG PROBLEM:
They told me they'd start my work in 2 to 3 weeks.

Well, after about 1.5 weeks, they just showed up WITH NO APPOINTMENT OR ADVANCE NOTICE on a Friday morning at 8 AM. I called them not to complain, but to just find out what went wrong with the scheduling.

The person that I spoke to --her initials are TD-- said that Bronco had reached out to me to schedule the work, but I have no record of that.

She also said that because my particular repair job did not require anyone to be home at the time of the repair, they just showed up to do the work.

Because of a scheduling conflict for me created by Bronco, I was not able to be home when they did the repair work, so I wasn't able to personally look over the completed repair work & paperwork & get 'before' and 'after' photos. This stuff was VERY important to me because I'm going to need to show it to agents and prospective buyers when I put my house on the market in May 2020.

Bronco eventually emailed me the documents I needed.

So, I'll admit that because I was a bit miffed by them showing up unannounced, I waited 8 calendar days to mail them their $1350 payment in full.

THE 2nd BIG PROBLEM:
Just two days after I mailed the payment, they mailed me, via certified mail no less, a faux-collections/lien-like letter. What a joke that letter was, and what a joke this company is.

That this company had only 2 total Yelp reviews as of 10/27/19, and both of them are just one star, is telling. I should have used a different company for my minor repair work.

They do not take credit cards they don't tell you that till you go to pay and the owner will tell you if you don't pay Ill put a lien on your house. When we got our work done (Nov. 2016) a month later one of the areas that had the worst leek was leaking they came back and supposedly fixed it, it did not rain for the entire year of our warranty. This year the leak came back in full force in the same area they supposedly fixed for the second time. Even if is was a month and a half that my warranty had expired and it was the area they came to fix for the second time, they did not care my warranty is expired and they were taking care of all the people that has warranties!!!! What does that tell you? Do your homework check around!!!

We had a leak in our kitchen and it ended up coming from our roof. We called Bronco Roofing to have them fix it. Great prices and customer service and no more water dripping on us.

I was referred to Bronco by a home inspector, and being a family-owned business I thought they would be customer-centric, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to arrange a quote. They initially agreed to come out and give me an estimate for the roof but said they would have to ""get back to me."" I called back 3 times, and didn't receive an answer. Each time I was told by the receptionist she would call me back.

The last time, I called two hours before the appointment time to confirm if our appointment was still on, and she told me, ""I'm on another line, I'll call you back."" Needless to say, she never did, and they never showed up. If it's this hard to schedule an estimate, I can't imagine how difficult it would be if they were actually fixing your roof. Buyer beware!

P.S. None of the links on their website work, which I guess should have tipped me off that they are not as on top of things as they should be. Luckily, I had scheduled another roofer and they were on-time and honest about the roof issues, very happy with their service!
