This company replaced our roof 2 years ago. We now need some repairs but we've been waiting 3 weeks for a call back. They are using an answering service so I guess they don't have a home office.

About a year after the roof was installed a leak was discovered that had been hidden by soffit. When I called and asked them to fix the issue, which was caused by inadequate installation of flashing, I was yelled at and told they didn't have to honor the warranty because it had expired. This issue was caused by poor workmanship, and inadequate flashing was later revealed in another spot on the roof. Don't count on Brite Top to stand behind their work or even treat you with respect.

They did our did 2/15/18. One of the installers messed up our soffit. Erik McGinnis, the field rep, attempted twice to get them straightened out but it still looks horrible. They won't return my calls and all my calls to the office and to Erik go to voice mail. The lean is still on our house because of a $500 repair because they haven't settled this issue. I wouldn't trust them again because of this issue.

Brite Top was one of three roofing companies I obtained an estimate from. Each company was a referral from a previous customer. Brite Top was the lowest estimate with premium shingles and included specific wood repair. Ken McGinnis was the estimator. He took his time and was very thorough. He kept me in the loop of when the job would take place. A team of 8-10 roofers completed the job in one day including clean up. I checked the entire roof at completion and did not find any issues. The next day Ken returned and we both inspected the roof and there were no issues. Nobody wants to spend money on a roof but if it is your time I highly recommend Brite Top. Sherry is the office person who will take your call. She was very efficient and informative.

I don't know what the bad reviewer (FV in 2014) is complaining about, their electric bill? ? I hired Brite Top to replace my roof in May 2016, and my electric bill went down (jk, I wish I knew). Anyways, I got 3 quotes (you should too), they were lowest, I made sure they had everything I wanted, I hired them, they pulled a permit, they did the job, I paid them, they finalized the permit, and my roof looks great with no leaks! All the while dealing with the owner and roofer (not a salesman), Dale, who is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT HIRING THEM.
I hired brite top to do my roof. They offered me a 30 year roof. They changed my roof ventilation system without my approval. Now my electricity bill is higher because it is hotter due to their ""improved"" ventilation system. My house is warmer and my roof is a colander. I have left countless messages with no response. I have reported them to the better business bureau to ensure that they will not continue to deceive the public.
