This is by far the worst contracting company we have ever dealt with. Yes we got a new roof. But there was no final inspection, the pipe fittings look like they took the hail damaged fittings, repainted them and reinstalled them. There were issues with the gutters which were not replaced but damaged during the roof installation. We have made numerous calls to our sales rep and the main company number, and no one has responded to our questions and issues. It is obvious to us that this company does not know what the words ""customer service"" mean. Do yourself a favor and work with a reputable company for contracting needs.

I would not recommend this company to any one. The day they were supposed to do my roof I was told that the crew would be here the next day. That morning I was told that they had a problem with the roof from the day before. They showed up at 11:15am and finely completed about 9:00 pm. I was told that my patio cover was to be done by the roofers. It wasn't. Johnny kept using the word ""PROFESIONALS"". I have had nothing but Troubles with the work done on the patio cover. They sent out some guys a week later and it leaked in several places with holes drilled in wrong places. They sent new guys a week later and replaced the ones with holes and it leaked worse. I'm trying to fix the leaks my self. I don't trust them enough to give them a 3rd try.
I can say that I don't think my roof has any leaks.
