One star is too many! DO NOT USE Bringman Roofing, save yourself the hassle and the total waste of money. They did poor quality work, refused to honor their contractual warranty, and unethically signed a totally useless contract. This company is a total sham with no business ethics. Our family used Bringman Roofing to put a new roof on our AMI home and it started leaking in less than a year. When called, Bringman Roofing told us the roof that contractually had a 5 year warranty, had none since they refused to honor our contract. They claimed the company had been sold and the old owners were responsible for the previous work. But the old owners and the new owners were all the same, Mike and Cindy Pietsch!! They are still using the same business name, address, and phone number - but under a different LLC. Our one year old roof was leaking and our contract with a 5 year warranty was WORTHLESS. Mike refused to fix the roof, stand behind the poor quality of the new roof, or honor the warranty in any way. We had the leak fixed by someone else. It has now been 5 years since the new roof was installed by Bringman and it's leaking in multiple places and is missing many shingles. Our 5 year old roof is falling apart!! Mike and Cindy Pietsch are still owners of Bringman Roofing and have again refused to fix the roof or answer our questions about their unethical business practices. They sold us an expensive roof and signed our contract with a 5 year warranty - and one month later, they changed the LLC name with no intentions to honor any previous contracts. As the woman who recently answered their phone explained ""it's a different LLC, we don't have to honor any old warranties."" It sure seems Mike and Cindy Pietsch made this move for the purpose of legally distancing themselves from shoddy workmanship and any responsibility to make the repairs covered under their contractual warranty. The state needs to investigate their work and their business practices. Definitely avoid using any business owned or run by Mike and Cindy Pietsch and do not use any business using the name Bringman Roofing - they are a bunch of cheats and scammers.

If I could do negative stars I would. The ownership of Bringman Roofing do not take responsibility when things are not going well. Lack of communication and follow up. Choose another roofing company.

Terrible experience from start to finish. They hire a lot of contractors so you never know who is going to show up at your home. They gouged the stucco, stained the driveway, smashed plants and spilled mud on my air conditioner. I ended up hiring a roofing inspector and had to fight to have them replace rotting wood they left. Start to finish it took 7 months to replace my roof.

Our final roof project took about 8 months to complete from the time we wrote the first check. They repeatedly failed to show up when they said they would, and then would randomly show up when we weren't expecting them. The tear down crew was highly unprofessional, constantly leaving construction supplies everywhere, damaging plants, our AC units and even part of the house (although the company did pay for the AC damage as we requested).

We decided to pay for an independent roof inspector because we didn't trust the craftsmanship given the experience we had throughout construction. I'll just say that we're glad we did, even though the owner did not seem happy/willing to address the reported items until we pushed back harder.

I have used being an roofing for many years and have great results , unfortunately now under new ownership it has fallen apart .
They replaced a flat roof for me that has leaked ever since they started , they have been unable to fix the problem and now want to charge more money to try and find the issue .

Be very aware of the inexperience of the new owner .

I hired bringman to install a new roof on my house.All I got was excuses. They left my house in disaster each time they came over. The ownership was the most disappointing.They took no responsibility for the problems with the project.They actually belamed an as they said an unhappy employee but when I gave the owner a chance to fix the problem he glued my gutters on and demanded final payment before I could get a chance to see his work.They are net trust worthy and buyer beware.

First let me say I am one particular SOB when it comes to my properties. If it's not right and it's not quality or built to last I am not going to have it. I am a property manager of 35 years and I specialize in just small residential properties. I personally own over a dozen and I manage 40 more. All of my properties are in Maine and NH until we started buying in FL. I love taking crappy run down should be torn down classic homes and restoring them. When I found my elevated Brady Bunch style deck home on Long Boat it needed lots of work including a roof job that was very problematic including a need for over 800 board feet of 2 1/2"" thick tongue and groove planking which had to be cut out and meticulously patched in as it was the finished ceiling inside. The crew at Bringman Roofing answered all my questions and we came to an agreement on price and the work was done to my satisfaction. I had a couple of concerns when the work was done and I arrived after a month of them being paid and noticed a couple of areas I wasn't happy with (told you I was particular) and they immediately came out and addressed the situation to my satisfaction. I have a gorgeous water tight, well insulated, metal roof that is going to last me for years. Thank you Bringman Roofing.

This roofing company was supposed to start a job at my house yesterday. Never showed or called and still has not returned any phone calls. So far this place is NOT looking good!
