As far as roofing goes they did a good job except for the fact one of his men stood on my mother's over hang awning to shovel off old shingles and when he did he broke part of it and it now sits VERY OBVIOUSLY crooked with a gap between it and the wall now !! We called him out to look at it. And he told us it was a structural issue that it was not built correctly and a piece of wood was bad. That we should have had a sign on it that says Do not stand on this. Ok well it was not hanging like that before your man stood on it, and WHO puts a sign like that on their home ? I asked him what he was going to do about it he said, well what do you think I should do ? I said really ? This is a 70 year old woman's house,her husband just passed away. I think you should fix it. He says it's not something they should have to do, my mother asked if she buys the wood would he at least get a man to come fix it. That way He is only out labor. He said no and left. He called my mother a few min later and said they would indeed fix it. Not to worry. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP !! Now keep in mind he just made close to $4000 putting this roof on but his customer was not worth $50 to fix an awning his man broke !!! I would have given him 4 stars had he fixed the problem like he said he was going to do.

He explained the process (inspection , dealing with insurance company, etc.) and worked with me to make sure I was taken care of during every step of the process!!! I have a great new roof! The weather didn't cooperate this past week but the work crew remained polite, flexible and patient. They had to put the roof on in half-day intervals, which I'm sure was tedious for them. This company is professional from the owner Sam to the people that work on the roof. They even got high praise from the man delivering the supplies! Thank you Brighter Side Roofing. The way you conduct business means more to me than I can say.
