I can't recommend BSE enough. They are a small business and were able to provide an experience tailored towards my specific needs. Throughout the process they were communicative and empathic, calling me to answer all questions I had immediately. I felt like they really cared about saving me money and since my install I have saved over $300 on my energy bill!! I seriously can't recommend them enough- and their rates are lower than the large corporations they compete against. This is one of the only businesses where I truly felt like they put the customer first.

Richard was kind enough to knock on our door. He had to navigate between the no soliciting sign and the no knock/no ring sign indicating the newborn child in our home. When I answered the door with me rudely awakened son in my arms, he proceeded to explain the ""they talk to all kinds of people with signs on the door"". Richards kind words will have me reminding my fellow neighbors that requests for privacy will be ignored by Bright Sol.
