Highly Disappointed!!!!!!!! I found Bridges home improvement on the Better Business website, so I assumed they were a good choice. After hiring Mr. Bridges to do some basement work for me, I realized this was a bad decision. Everything started off good. I told him what I wanted, and we agreed on a price, and he claimed he could do everything I asked for in a timely matter. I am madder at myself because everything was going well for the first 2 weeks on this 4-week project that I felt confident enough to pay Mr. Bridges for the whole job because I was under the assumption that it would be done shortly. Why did I do that!!! Once he received the last payment, work stop!! He stops showing up, and when he did come he was late, and if that wasn't the worst, then he started trying to get more money out of me. Mr. Bridges claimed he was spending his own money and didn't have the means to finish my basement. After 3 weeks of going back and forth I decided to fire him, and now I'm stuck with shotty work and an unfinished basement that I will have to spend more money to fix. This was by far the worst experience. Bridges home improvement is a con artist. Whatever you do, don't use this company. He is unprofessional and doesn't have a clue about what he's doing!! Trust me! The work is sloppy, and he will try to cut corners at every turn!! He can't be trusted! I will be pursuing legal actions!!! I would leave zero stars if that was an option!!
