Found Mark Brice (owner) from Yelp reviews. Called for an estimate for repair and roof replacement. Mark came in 2 days and was on time. We both went up on the roof and I should him my repair needed and concerns. Mark gave me a reasonable quote for complete roof strip and replacement . Then, showed me how to maintain my roof and repair it on my own. My contact with Mark was professional, honest and reliable. Will hire Mark Brice when I'm ready for a full roof replacement.

Mark Brice is by far the most honest roofer I have ever met. A straight shooter that does not try to nickel and dime people. Mark came over and explained everything to us and gave us a great quote. Mark encouraged us to get as many estimates as possible. Mark had the best price and service.

There was no mess to clean up. I was expecting to have a mess to clean up but there was nothing to clean up. Everything from start to finish was painless. He took care of the permits and having the inspection done no hassle what so ever. Our neighbors could not believe how fast and clean Mark and crew worked.

Mark Brice just finished the new roof on my house. I'm so glad I turned to Yelp to help me find a good reliable roofing company! The plenty of reviews that praised his integrity and professionism proved to be true. After he gave me the bid on the job he actually advised me to get a few more quotes from different roofers. After having spoken with at least 4 different roofers, Marks estimate was the lowest. Additionally my husband and I appreciated his simple, straight forward, and pressure-free business style. He and his crew worked hard and efficiently to complete the job in a seamless and timely manner.

I wouldn't award five stars frivolously - Brice Roofing earned every shinning point of those stars! It's so refreshing to deal with a contractor who demands so much of himself and maintains such high standards of quality in his work - this is not a man who will cut corners. I was extremely impressed with the fact that Mark the owner stays on project from beginning to end rather than delegate to a collection of unskilled casual laborers he picked up from a street corner. His input in helping us select an appropriate quality roofing material in a colour which best complimented our wall paint was invaluable. He is neither cheap nor desperate for business - but then he doesn't need to be. Due to his very thick Cockney accent he can be difficult to understand, so ask him to speak very very slowly.

Our contractor advised us, before they can start working on our guest room we need to replace the flat roof due to a small leaked. The original roofer did not used tar, instead they used nails. Went thru Yelp and start reading reviews. I listed 4 roofers to get a quote and Brice Roofing was in my first list. Gave him a call and made appointment with him the next day. Mark (owner) came to my house earlier than our original appointment and that impressed me. He answered all my questions, he's very diligent and honest. Mark gave me two choices; he can just apply the new roof on top of existing roof or replace everything for additional $300. The quote he gave me was reasonable. I called my hubby after he left and told him "" we don't need to call the other roofers, I want Mark to do the job and I'm glad we did."" Mark start doing demo this morning and told us we don't need to replace the plywood because it's still in good condition and sturdy. He reduced the original amount in his invoice, that's how honest and nicest Mark is. I asked him to check the new Venting Exhaust Fans through the roof if it's properly sealed, he did and re-sealed it. Mark and Justin are very professional and they take pride of what they do. The flat roof was thoroughly done, they cleaned up everything they drop on our front yard.. I will definitely hire Brice Roofing again and will highly recommend them with my friends and colleagues.

Can't be happier with the new roof. Mark is a true professional to work with. Shows up on time, explained every detail of the quote, the work required and took the time to get LA City roof permit, arranged all city inspections and kept me posted on every step of the job. His crew even worked over the wknd, did everything according to city codes, finished on time and left the job site clean. The type of business you want to support and tell all your friends.
