So I understand Brice Roofing may be extremely busy right now, however, a quick phone call would have been nice. I sent a request for an estimate through their website about a week ago. When I didn't hear from them after 2 days, I left a message for them last Thursday (1/24) and I still have not heard from them. Moving on to next roofer on the list.

Friendly and easy to work with. We got a leaky section of our roof insulated with new skylights installed just in time for the big rains. Mark and his team were professional, always kept me in the loop, were available to answer any and all questions clearly and simply. They also handled the dealings with city inspectors . It's always a pleasure working with guys who take pride in their work. Next time I, or someone i know is looking for a roofer ill definitely recommend these guys.

Mark and his team was great. The inspector just did the final inspection today and everything came out perfect. We had a complete tear off, new ply wood and shingles installed. Mark was available every time I called him to answer any questions I had and would explain everything to me in detail. I quoted out 5 different roofers before this job and Mark came in at the best price. His crew is a little smaller than others and they take their job seriously and act professionally.

The time had come for a new roof. Well, it just so happened that Brice Roofing was working on a house down the street from us. One morning as my husband was going to work, he stopped at that house and spoke to Justin. At that point, my husband was sold. Then Mark submitted the estimate, I knew immediately that there was not going to be much competition. However, to be sure, I contacted two more companies for estimates. Neither one of them could compete with Brice Roofing. Our decision in choosing them was the absolute right one. We couldn't have asked for a better team to do this job. I just had my roof completely replaced by Brice Roofing and couldn't be more pleased - it turned out great! Out of the 6 companies I called, Mark was the first out and provided a quote on the spot. I really liked him but thought it was prudent to get other estimates and talk with other companies to be sure. Mark by far had the best price which normally might worry me, but after reading all his glowing reviews and asking him a ton of questions, I decided to go with Brice Roofing and I'm so glad I did.

What other reviewers say about Mark is all true. He shows up when he says he will, he responds quickly, he's easy to communicate with, he is fair with his pricing and most importantly he is very honest - he doesn't recommend things just to make extra money. He actually talked me out of some upgrades I thought I needed. I have very high standards and expect a lot from the contractors I hire and Mark and Justin did not disappoint. They were here every day by 6:45am.

I also made a pretty big mistake on my end and gave Mark the wrong shingle color (I made this realization as my roof was being torn off, imagine my panic). I called Mark right away and he was at my house within 15 minutes on the phone with the supplier trying to get me the color I actually wanted. I was so worried but he got it all figured out with the supplier, and with no delay either. I am so thankful! We ended up going with Owens Corning Duration Cool in Summerwood and couldn't be happier. We also decided to replace all our fascia boards ourselves to save money and Mark was kind enough to take all the old fascia boards to the dump for us, along with the other debris from the roof. This is just an example of how he goes above and beyond and provides excellent customer service. I will be hiring Brice Roofing for any of my future roofing needs and highly recommend him.

Mark and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Professional and friendly, showing up when they say they will...that's highly unusual! The work looks great on our mid-century modern home in Long Beach's Ranchos neighborhood and was about as painless as any large job of this size could be. Permits were signed off by city inspectors on time, the yard, pool were left cleaner than when the work was started. Overall an excellent experience!
