Very dissapointed in this company. They had great reviews and my neighbor even recommended them. A sales person came out to inspect my damage and helped me to start a claim with my insurance company. We set a date for the sales person from Brett Hayse to come out and meet with the adjuster from my insurance company to inspect the damage together. The sales person never showed up. I called him and no answer. I called Brett Hayse general line and left a message...no call back. I emailed Brett Hayse general email (you can't find any other way to contact them)...no response. Finally the sales person texted and said he was sick. No one else was scheduled to come out in his place and he never followed up at all after my insurance inspection.

Not sure who was driving the company truck but these guys are reckless when it comes to driving safe in our community. Especially when people are walking their dogs and kids.

Speeding through our neighborhood while pulling a dump trailer is wrong on so many levels. Speeding in our neighborhood will not be looked upon lightly.

I wouldn't hire these guys based on their driving habits much less the other reviews they have here on Yelp.

Worst communication from any contractor I've ever worked with. We had a quote which was written improperly with the wrong materials which nobody noticed until 2 days before we were to pay and have materials delivered. Sorting out that mess was an absolute fiasco. They never knew if anyone from their company had spoken to us or not. I ended up deciding that they weren't purposely bait/switching me and went ahead. We also had a lot of trouble scheduling our job as we had a pool to close prior to starting work. BUT the kicker is on the day of installation, I realize that a very important part of the job to us was not being done. They had a ridge vent on both of our estimates (the one before their materials mistake AND the one after) and they were *not* installing it. After calling three people at the company, I finally got the salesman on the phone who proceeded to tell me that they *can't* put a ridge vent on my home. When would you want someone to tell you that? Probably before work starts and payment is given. I had already given them a check for the full amount on the contract that morning that *included* the ridge vent. I am still waiting on someone to contact me and deal with this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

He came by our house and my husband asked for a quote and has signed a contract for a new roof!! Canceling because it's too slick. My husband has slight dementia and did not even know what he was signing, now I have to undo it. No telling what this would cost us in the end!

Brett Hayse recently completed our new roof and we could not be happier. The end result was worth the wait. The wait was caused by our insurance company not Brett Hayse. The way they work with an independent adjuster made all the difference. The crew was very professional and on-time and did a excellent job on cleanup. Salesman Travis was great to work with. Give them a call. You will be glad you did.

Would not recommend this company. Did not show up on original appointment. No call, no show! I called the next day and was told they would be there by 9:30 am. Did not show up until after 2:00 pm. The tech did not have equipment or supplies to perform the work. Had to go to Home Depot and still did not get the proper supplies needed to perform the job.

Tech was unprofessional and complained about the the company the entire time.

I was told that in addition to repairing a downspout, they would nail gutters that needed it. Tech did not want to do the work and asked to come back another day. I asked that the work be done while he was there and then I was charged an additional $100 for work that was already agreed on.

Work was ""shotty "" at best. Tech did not paint gutters, or seal holes with silicone, nails left all over the property.

Very poor unreliable work, unprofessional staff, and raised prices after rates were already agreed upon! Would not recommend this company.

After severe wind and rain in my area (approximately 40-50 mph), we surveyed our property to find that our gutter down spout was completely removed from the house. Apparently the wind got behind the chimney and created a funnel that trapped the gutter down spout and yanked it right off the house. We called and ask to have someone call us back for a quote and received a call back the same day. They were able to come out and quote within two days. To our surprise they were also able to repair the same day as the quote. Both Michael and Jamie provided great customer service and detailed explanation of what the scope of work would intel including time frame. They began work, completed the job, cleaned up the work site, and ensured guarantee of work. Michael and Jamie were a pleasure to meet and very knowledgeable of gutter/roof repair. I would recommend them over and over again. Thanks guys for such a great and quick job.

These guys came and replaced my gutters today along with replacing rotting wood. All my communication with them was fast getting a quote and coming out to install the gutters. They did a fantastic job I can't believe how great everything looks. You can tell they care about the quality of work they do for their customers. The price was great and my house looks so much better. Would highly recommend!
