They were here when they said they would be and did a great job. Later I noticed some debris in the attic and when I notified them about this they came out and cleaned it up a couple of days without charge. They were friendly during the whole process. The roof looks great.

I needed fast roof repairs when I found a significant roof leak in my 47 year old Cedar Shingle roof during a major rainstorm in late January 2012. I researched online everything I could about wood roofs and followed the advice to get at least five estimates. I got an estimate from Brendan Roofing, and based on the Yelp reviews I read on this site I chose them. Jose turned out to be an honest and forthright craftsman. I am a Master Boat Builder and from discussing the problems and methods, I could tell immediately that Jose was an expert. He recommended the roof be replaced, (there were numerous issues with split and rotting shingles), but also told me he could repair the leak. I agreed on a replacement, with asphalt shingles, since I knew the original roof probably was on its last legs. Jose advised that there might be extra charges if he found significant problems when the old roof was removed. I appreciated his honesty and that he would not re-roof over a bad base. Fortunately there were only a few issues, and he did not charge extra for fixing them. Jose estimated 2 1/2 days for the job, and was right on the money. I followed the entire removal of the old and installation of the new roof. From my Google searches I had seen several you-tube videos on correct and incorrect ways of installing asphalt shingles, and I found Brendan's crew to do exactly all the right things, all the way to painting the roof jacks and installing roof vents. Brendan was also the best bid of the five I got. I definitely can recommend Brendan Roofing for a roof replacement job.
