They came out the same day and did the necessary repairs right before the storm. I have not had any leaks since. I felt comfortable with the workers since they were able to also show me the before and after photos. Definitely would recommend!

Called Brendan (Jose) on a busy Saturday after second to last of major storms (January 14). Small leak finally apeared. Showed up early and applied patches to our tar and gravel roof plus unclogged the gutter. No leaks after final storm next day.

Recommend for quick turnarond and effective fix. Price was fair.

Replaced roof, chimney top and even some siding for us. Added a skylight. Removed some damaged ceiling planks. I've used dozens of contractors over the years and these people were up there - with the best. I literally had no complaints, including for cost. They are busy tho and one may not get the time slot preferred for the job.

I have a 30+ year old tile roof that finally gave out. I sent Jose a few pictures of my leak on the 2nd floor and he responded within few hours later to discuss the problem. We set up a time for his crew to come over the next morning to evaluate the problem. Within minutes I had a quote for cost and schedule which I felt was fair given the complexity of the job.

The Bay Area just got slammed with a series of storms. I feel fortunate that Jose and his team were able to fix this issue before the rain starts up again tomorrow.

I will definitely call Jose again if needed.

The ceiling started to leak after last week's storm which was upsetting to see. I called a couple of roof companies on Monday to come and find the leak, with no such luck. They were either too busy to take on new clients or no reply at all. I called Brendan, s/w Jose, and he said he'd come out and take a look. At first, he couldn't detect anything wrong on the surface and said he'd have to come out Tuesday to lift some tiles to find the leak. Jose and his foreman, Carlos, showed up on Tuesday, explained what they were going to do, and proceeded to work all day. Long story short, Carlos and his crew were here 4 days repairing a 'valley' in the roof which was constructed incorrectly by the original builder. Carlos continually kept me informed of the progress they were making. Jose also arranged for an drywall repairman to fix the inside which he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Brendan Roofing and Waterproofing.

I was amazed by the responsive for not only my house, but also that of my parents when I called Brendan Roofing. We found out that Brendan Roofing put a new roof on our house before we purchased it. When we realized we had a leak due to a new vent put on the house by other contractors years after they finished our house, Brendan Roofing quickly came out to assess the situation. They fixed the vent, and sealed all of our other vents to make sure they were waterproofed. I told my dad what great work they did quickly, and dad called them that morning. Jose drove across the bay to personally look at my parents roof that afternoon. The next week my parents' roof was fixed by Brendan Roofing. We were all very happy with the speed and efficiency of fixing both of the roofs. Highly recommended.

I very rarely write reviews, but am writing this one to share the terrific help I received from Brendan Roofing and Jose. I had a major deck leak that required extensive work on the deck. He came out the same day to evaluate the situation and developed a plan of action. I was worried as new rainstorms were predicted and he assured me that there would be no issues (and there were none. ). Jose and his crew were super-responsive, communicated at the highest level, sent many photographs documenting each step of the work, worked extremely well with my tenants, and did excellent workmanship. The project was of significant scope and Jose and his team kept to timelines, which was so much appreciated. I could not be more pleased and strongly recommend Brendan Roofing.

Highly RECOMMENDED...  I decided to call Brendan Roofing based on their good reviews here on Yelp and was not disappointed.  Same day I called, Jose (the owner) answered the phone and came to my house to take a look at scope of work.  He provided a quote and even took the time to fill out a form I needed completed for a home warranty claim.  I truly appreciate Brendan Roofing staff for actually responding to follow-up questions from my home warranty company.  I had an odd scenario where only half of the roof had not been replaced for a long-time so leaks were present just in that whole area.  Jose and crew also explained and showed me why a simple leak repair was not a good idea and roof replacement for that section was the best thing to do (they peeled back sample shingles where there were no leaks to show rusted nails underneath which meant more leaks were coming in the near future...).  

Once I was ready for work to be done, Jose and his crew came ready to work the following morning.  They finished the job in less than two days (half roof of 2,000k sq foot home).  They matched the new section to the existing roof and even sealed some cracks they noticed around fire place, which was not in the area they were working in.  They water tested new roof when done and left job site clean; Jose even checked-in with me a few days later if everything was okay since we had a couple days of rain right after job was done. 

Will definitively recommend to others whenever roof work is needed.
