Worse company that I ever experience. The workers were rude & unprofessional. Lots of cussing. The owner has a bad attitude. They did a poor job. My gutters were leaking after a few months. They won't return my phone calls. Do yourself a favor & call a different company.

This company infuriates me to no end. They were terrible from start to finish. They left a gaping hole in my roof which leaked from rainstorms we had 3 times before we could even get them to come back out to correct the issue. When they finally came, they didn't even fix it, and we had to call, email, text and beg to have them come back out. How did they fix the issue? Oh yeah, they just jammed a flimsy piece of sheet metal up there, which promptly flew off during Ida. We're finally getting around to having someone we can trust to fix the hole once & for all, and as they were doing that, they said, wow, these guys ruined all of the trim around your front porch. Just jammed it down and broke a bunch of it. Feels like we'll be dealing with damages that they caused for whoever knows how long. They wouldn't even consider that they prob caused all sorts of damage in our walls where it was quite literally raining inside of them for hours, at least on 3-4 occasions.

When they were here removing the gutters they were so aggressive and not careful. So who knows what other sh*t we'll have to deal with because of this horrid horrid company. The staff who I communicated with throughout were unprofessional, always with excuses. Do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else but this company.

I really don't understand how they stay in business. They're extremely hard to reach but after several long time residents recommended them, someone in their office finally deigned to answer the telephone and they came with a good price. However, 2 weeks or so later, the entire front corner of the gutters pulled out. They repaired it.

But, fast forward 3 years, the recent windstorm pulled out the opposite corner. Now I'm in the same boat. They won't answer their phones. Forget about weekends for emergency work. 2 days and counting, 3 left messages and no one is picking up the messages. (Oh, back before hiring them, after several repeated attempts to reach them, I even made a visit to their business address, which was a vacant dusty storefront. I thought maybe I had an old business card). Red flag. Shouldn't have hired them.

Now, no other gutter companies in the area will do the job over as they weren't the original installers. Staffing shortages, IDA backlog and such.

As I'm looking at the damage, which is identical to the previous one only 2 years later, all the hardware on my side yard, I remember they were in a hurry for the original install (admittedly trying to outrun a storm) and I'm wondering what other shortcuts they took.

Worse company that I have ever experience. The workers were late to show up & in a bad mood. Me & my 12 year old son could hear them inside the house cussing. When I called them about a loose gutter they were rude & never showed up or called. So unprofessional.

Don't believe any commercials that you see. They lied not being paid until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied and other claims...BS! The first 3 photos are from work they did while installing gutters and leaf guards on my house. They didn't know why there was a constant drip from the leaf guards, even after they asked me to call them while it was raining to observe the drip. I had to tell them how to stop the drip by applying caulk to the edge of each seam (See Photo). The 2nd photo shows how the leaf guards they installed do not cover the fascia board, leaving a gap for water to rot out the fascia boards. The 3rd photo shows 2 different leaf guards. They never provided an answer as to why they had 2 different types. For an unknown reason they only installed a ""single"" 4 foot guard that was wide enough to cover the fascia board. The rest of the guards were not wide enough as you can see in the photo. I tried to get some help from the BBB, but they are useless, so don't believe their ratings. The bad company can only give excuses for shoddy work, and then the worse resolution that can come out of any interaction is that the problem remains unresolved.

The workers came out were very polite and fast working, they did an outstanding job and I will definitely use them again. I was really surprised by the Yelp reviews, my husband chose this company and I may have not used them had I looked at these reviews......I use Google reviews alot and the reviews are great there.

We purchased $12,000 in gutter-cans and install from Brehm's Exterior Specialists' (their original quote was around $10,000 , however it quickly ballooned into a $12,000 job) We went with Brehm's top of the line, copper gutter-cans. However after Brehm's install, the new gutter cans have never drained water properly ( due to lack of slant/grading , a standard on all gutter-cans, which allows water to drain by gravity) - at this point the gutter cans do not do their one purpose- drain the water they have collected.

We have called many times, and sent numerous letters to Brehms (including dealing directly with the owners) requesting that they simply fix our gutter cans such that water will drain from them. However as we could get neither action nor answers from Brehms, we decided to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a claim. Lynn R Brehm's response to our Better Business Bureau claim, stated that Brehm's always resolves all customer complaints (which in our experience is inaccurate). Lynn R Brehm further stated that we were asking Brehm to maintain our gutter cans on an on-going basis, this is totally inaccurate - All we ever asked Brehm's to do was fix their initial install such that the gutter-cans have a proper lean thus enabling water to drain and not pool up. To this day, standing water is constantly in our gutter-cans, and when it rains, the water flows right over the gutter-cans (as they are filled to capacity by the constant non-draining pooled up water)

Our old galvanized gutter-cans had worked great for 25 years, and were beginning to show wear, so we decided to replace them with copper gutter-cans by contacting Brehms (what a mistake that was!)

Clearly we are not the only customer complaining and leaving poor reviews in regards to Brehm's Exterior Specialists - (simply look at Brehm's reviews on Yelp, Yellowpages.com or MapQuest)

I emailed the brehm company to schedule an appointment for new gutters. Even though they were prompt in responding to make an appointment no one ever showed up & when I called the office to see what was up they told me that they would call me back...& they NEVER did...That was a LIE Great customer service..

While I can't speak for the quality of their work, I CAN speak for their rudeness and total lack of professionalism! Their crew was doing work on a neighbor's house and parked their truck across my sidewalk and into my yard. They were not happy when I told them to move. Meanwhile, they had blocked another neighbor in and one of them cursed her out when she tried to get around them. I called him out on it, whereupon he yelled at me to Shut The F*** Up! I would NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone. There are too many other companies that do quality work AND have professional employees!
