I had a roof leak on one of the recent surprise rainy days in May, and reached out to George at Brazil roofing on a recommendation from a friend that was happy with a reroof he had done recently.

I was expecting to have to go through a few bids, but pricing was more than fair and work was done super quickly.

George showed up, diagnoses the problem and got me taken care of. I would recommend Brazil quality roofing to anyone.

In mid-December, after a big storm, I found signs of water damage (discoloring, paint chipping) on the ceiling of my children's bedroom. When I crawled into the attic, I found a leak dripping water steadily (about 1 drip per second) through my roof and into the attic. There was already a large pool of water. I sent messages via Yelp to about 12 different roofers. Michael from Brazil Quality Roofing replied to my message in less than an hour, and his coworker Anthony came to my house the following day. Anthony was careful and methodical about figuring out the source of the leak. Anthony also seemed friendly and knowledgeable about roofing, and forthcoming about the problems he saw. Anthony fixed the leak, most importantly, and patched some other problems he saw that I hadn't even realized.

I wanted an estimate of a full roof replacement, so a different employee named Mark came over about a week later, after the holidays. Mark told me I had another 5-7 years left on the roof, which impressed me. If this company only cared about the bottom line, Mark could have exaggerated my roofing problems, and convinced me to get a new roof immediately. Instead, he was honest about the problems he saw, and gave me an estimate so I could save up for a few years. I intend to hire Brazil Roofing to replace my roof in a few years. Thanks guys!

Brazil Roofing reroofed my house in early August, 2018. They worked tirelessly with me to pick the right color and materials and promised that the roof would be completely finished before I left on vacation. It took them less than 10 days to complete the roof and it was completely finished as promised on time. They were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, assisted me in making decisions about gutters and downspouts, and addressed some sagging in the roof by retrofitting some of the beams in the garage. When I was concerned one of the gutters wasn't entirely straight, they immediately fixed it. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike Jr, Mike Sr, Nick and Brenda in the office. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Michael Brazil came to our office building to inspect and repair a leak for us. Once he was done he thoroughly explained with photos everything going on with our roof. I was very lost, so he made sure to give me a full written report with what he fixed, what he saw, and his recommendations, so I could easily report back to our building owner. A small hiccup in getting a response from Nick after trying to connect with him prevents me giving 5 stars. Once I had George scheduled to come out it went to 5 stars. He called to let us know he was on his way and once there he gave a very reasonable quote to fix my broken tiles and fixed them right away that same day.

I hired Brazil to reroof my home after several years of leaks. The project ended up being more complicated than expected since the leaking had caused water damage to the deck in areas, but Brazil was able to repair all the damage at a fair cost. They were quick to communicate issues discovered during construction and suggest options to resolve them. The new roof looks and works great.

A few months after the reroof, I had a separate incident that cause minor damage to a portion of the roof. Brazil responded within 24 hours and repaired the damage for free. These guys know how to build customer relationships and they have my business going forward. I would strongly recommend Brazil to anyone needing roofing work.
