Brazil Roofing is a great company with super nice people. George Frank is simply the best! I had a relatively minor job that many other roofing companies would have blown off, especially in such a busy building season, but George came out and did an amazing job. A few weeks later I needed some roof paint for a completely unrelated job and George made a house call to deliver it. He is a consummate professional and Brazil Roofing is better off having him on their team!

Michael Brazil came to our office building to inspect and repair a leak for us. Once he was done he thoroughly explained with photos everything going on with our roof. I was very lost, so he made sure to give me a full written report with what he fixed, what he saw, and his recommendations, so I could easily report back to our building owner. I really appreciated Michael's help and detailed explanations and will be scheduling him to come back for further repairs. Thank you!!

A small hiccup in getting a response from Nick after trying to connect with him prevents me giving 5 stars. Once I had George scheduled to come out it went to 5 stars. He called to let us know he was on his way and once there he gave a very reasonable quote to fix my broken tiles and fixed them right away that same day.

I hired Brazil to reroof my home after several years of leaks. The project ended up being more complicated than expected since the leaking had caused water damage to the deck in areas, but Brazil was able to repair all the damage at a fair cost. They were quick to communicate issues discovered during construction and suggest options to resolve them. The new roof looks and works great.

A few months after the reroof, I had a separate incident that cause minor damage to a portion of the roof. Brazil responded within 24 hours and repaired the damage for free. These guys know how to build customer relationships and they have my business going forward. I would strongly recommend Brazil to anyone needing roofing work.

George and the gang did a great job at the most competitive price for me. My composite roof never had been vented making my house very warm in the summers....

Worst roofing company. Had my roof re-roofed in May 2016. They charged me $18,000 to re roof my 1500 square foot roof, the next highest bidder was asking $13,000 for the same roof and same materials. I paid the extra $5,000 thinking they'd take care of their customer for paying a little more and no negotiating... WRONG! The paint from the vents has chipped and faded away in 6 months, there's a leak in my roof, and I've tried multiple times in 6 months to ask them to come out and fix it, they promised the8y would... but didn't. A roof shouldn't leak the year it was put on, lifetime paint shouldn't fade away within 6 months. Remember, this was a NEW roof. Seems like a case of ""you paid cash, you're a dummy because we got your money and now we're running."" Buyers BEWARE! I am probably going to call another roof company to check out my NEW roof done by BRAZIL .

Don't bother to call this company,because they don't return calls. Spoke to a lady & said George is the guy that will come to look at the roof leak. I asked if I can have the owner, Michale to come out, because is the same leaks where George had replaced a broken tile before. She said the owner Michale doesn't do the inspections. One week goes by didn't hear from anyone.

Called the company again and left a message for owner, Michael, the same gale said she will see if he can call me back. So, why wouldn't he be able to call a customer back???

Don't waste your time with this company, as they have no problem wasting yours. I called them about a month ago and within two days they were able to send out a rep, George, who was a really nice guy. Unfortunately, he had nothing but bad news about my tile roof and told me that he personally wouldn't spend $20 fixing it if it were his roof and that he would just save for a comp roof if he were in my shoes. He said that he would have one of the guys from the office call me with some bids.

A few days later a guy from the office called me up and was very pleasant and informative. We spoke for about 20 minutes about the different types/levels of comp and I even inquired about solar. He told me that he would crunch all the numbers and get back to me ""by Friday"" with some prices. A week went by and I didn't hear back, so I called their office and told them the situation and the gal took my info and told me that she would find out who was working on my bid, then have them call me back. Never heard back from them.

Day 1 inspector at house

7 days of calling to give credit card info and pay for inspection report - end up leaving a phone number and email because ""report is not ready, we will call you tomorrow."" 7 days of having to call between 4-5 pm because i had not received at call.

Day 8: told I will not receive an inspection report because there was no check left at the home to be inspected.

Unprofessional, not dependable, poor communication
