Wanted to take a moment to say how awesome and HONEST George is! We had a crazy storm last fall & water was leaking from our living room ceiling vent and right onto our son's play pen! We had 2 other companies out that told us part of our roof needed to be replaced and both quoted two-three thousand dollars in repairs. George was our third bid and he said that nothing needed to be replaced at all, it was just a matter of cleaning our leaf debris from the gutters and placing a small bit of sealant along our slanted roof line, and my husband could do it himself! I was a little hesitant for the rest of the rainy season but low and behold we never had another leak again! Had we just trusted the other companies' recommendations we would have wasted a ton of money for no reason! Thank you for your honesty George! Should we ever need help in the future, you've got our business!

We had Brazil Quality Construction come and fix a few roof issues we were having. We have a spanish-style roof so finding a well-reviewed roofer who worked on this type was a bit hard to come by. Luckily we found them. George and another individual came out to do an inspection to provide an estimate (I'm sorry but i forgot his name) - they both were incredibly friendly and knowledgable. About a week or two after they came and an estimate was provided (2-3 days after the inspection) - work began. They finished it all in a day. We were on vacation when they came and did the work, but when we got back it was raining so we were able to see their work in action. The leak in our attic had stopped, and I could see from looking that they had re-sealed many entry points on the roof. There was one continuing issue we had; but a phone call later and George was out within the next day or two - fixed it right away and no more issues! Overall it was a great experience. The customer service reps were responsive, and the guys who worked on our roof were friendly and efficient. Definitely would recommend!

We're very pleased by the overall customer service of Brazil Quality Construction! George came out for the initial estimate of repair after I noticed water spots on the living room ceiling. He was personable, professional, and kind in every interaction. The estimate was more reasonable than others we received from other companies. We appreciated George's thoroughness to ensure the roof repair was completed well. Brenda has also been very helpful and responsive to my inquiries. My only reservation during the process was that on the day of scheduled repair, the work crew arrived 2 hours earlier than expected. They began work on the roof without first greeting me or letting me know of their arrival. I heard sounds on the roof, looked out the window and saw their ladder. Thankfully, George arrived about 20 mins after they had, and all's been well since then. We're happy customers!

It would be "" wrong"" to not leave a review so to help others make a quality decision especially when it comes to spending your hard earned money. Mike Sr. Was most helpful and a people person with a listening ear to ones concerns and professional. Mike followed through with what he said, that's important because I could tell he's a very busy person and so am I, I appreciate that quality in any business. Mike told me he would be sending out Mr George Frank. Now, I read the reviews on Mr George Frank before he came to my home and they were all good and very good reviews. I see why, I too join in that number to praise George. He: showed up early, prepared, ready to go to work, very professional, "" A people person"" no doubt, knowledgeable, he takes pride in what he does, ( hard to find these days) he cleans up after himself, he respects your investment, your home. I offered him a tip, he kindly refused. George came adorned with a beautiful vibe and attitude that shines the first moment you meet him. It would have been wrong to not leave a review concerning this business. Thank you Mike & George. Would I use you in the future? I need not look elsewhere.

Thank you so much to Brazil Construction and George Frank in particular. I randomly had a roof tile come off the roof and shatter. They came out quickly and had a new tile up and secure in 20 min. Looks as good as new. Thank you doing it so quickly!

I would like to give Michael Brazil and his colleague a big thumb up for the work they have offered so far...
it is a heavy rainy day. my roof was leaking due to a broken tile. Michael and his company came over to my house two hours after a phone call.

Apparently, they have a lot of experiences and very much professional to quickly identify the issue on the leaking roof.
they first came up with a temporary solution to let my roof stay safe and dry, patiently explaining where the leak happens and how to completely fix the problem with the next step.

we are looking forward to have the final fix from Michael and his company once the weather turns sunny.

Good job, Michael and your company. Thanks for the dedications and warm heart & big help, in the rainy day... Looking forward to get the roof issue resolved completely in the next few days.

George just came out to inspect my roof, which I know is old enough to need a re-do soon. After looking it over he told me that it definitely needs a re-roof now. The wood shakes have too many cracks for any other options. But since I cannot afford it at this time he gave me some suggestions on how to buy some time so I can save up and prepare for next year! When the time comes I will definitely be calling George. He is honest and straightforward and really that's what you want in a roofing company when you know you're about to spend thousands of dollars!

Horrible customer service. We were ""sold"" and paid our $1,000 deposit at the beginning of February. There was no communication from them for two months, so we reached out. We were told Vanessa was on vacation, hence the delay. We've had to reach out several times and there is no response or a generic email that they can't get to us just yet.

Last Thursday, we received an email from Vanessa - not a call - to inform us that they would start the roof today. At 8:30 a.m. no on had shown up so we contacted them and were advised that they weren't coming today and that they would get back to us.

My boyfriend has reached out AGAIN to their sales department - so far no response. He also took the day off to be available - he is self-employed - so this has impact. Essentially, they have had our deposit for almost 4 months and based on their lack of responsiveness, it appears they are uninterested in delivering what they said they would when we signed the contract.

when we needed a new roof I called multiple roofing contractors Brazil was the only one that came out the same day. Mike was very helpful when he showed up fully explaining our options cost and why they would do cretin things and the benefits of them. I know it's his job but he never got impatient with all my stupid questions and made sure myself and my wife had all our questions answered. A that point we were happy with the price and service thus far for a week we discussed the options and other contractors who gave us estimates Then the rain came, we called all the contractors to see who could fit us in first.but that's not why we went with Brazil we picked Brazil because before we even contracted with them mike and his brother came over that day and put tarp on the whole roof at no charge the damage to the inside of our home. where no one else even offered help even if we would sign with them.bottom line they care about people and offer solutions.pricing was reasonable customer service was 10 out of 10 Quality work and professional crew. mike and his team go above and beyond I would Highly recommend Brazil !!!
