I had a leak in one of the roof vents. The company sent David and Eric and they fixed the leak and even put rubber collars on other roof vents to prevent them from leaking. The service went way beyond my expectations and the charge was very reasonable. 5 stars service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

What a joke! Four years after they did our 36K roof, we were trying to sell our house and the roof inspection found work not done correctly. Called the girl in the office who repeatedly told us she would have Mike Brazil call us. He never did, I was finally told by a young man who did repairs for them that it wasn't covered. Unfortunately we had already contracted with them to do repairs on our new house. The work per the contract was not done. They attempted to bill us for the full amount. I called the girl in the office several times who always says she will have someone call us, with no response. Then Brenda from the billing department called to collect money, I told her the work wasn't done , she said she couldn't help us she was just the billing department and I would have to call the girl in the office. After several weeks of not paying Mike Brazil responded, came out and agreed work wasn't done. He had the work done just ok, they said I would receive a bill shorly with a breakdown of the work. TWO months later Breanda called wanting to know why we hadn't paid, I said we hadn't receive a bill. She said she would resend it. Funny I received it that time. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We hired Brazil Quality Construction to do dry rot repair around an electrical conduit pole. They showed up on time and did a great job. They also put a Z-bar around the base of the chimney and painted all the flashings. After the job was completed, they blew dirt and debris off the roof. Nick, the foreman, was courteous and easy to communicate with.

We were referred to Brazil Roofing by another roofing company because the type of tiles on our roof are very thin (they resemble wooden shake tiles). We were told Brazil Roofing was experienced in working with this type of roof tile.

We called for a quote from Brazil. They inspected our roof providing us with an explanation of the problem and later giving us a detailed quote.

The crew working on this job was very professional. They did an outstanding job. One of the owners came each day to inspect the progress and to let us know the progress of the job. He was very professional and informative.

If we could give them 10 stars, we would. We would refer anyone with a roof problem to use them.

Nick Brazil made several design and construction suggestions that were great and provided detail that enhanced the overall look of my house. Brazil was one of the many companies we had come out and give us an estimate. They showed up on time, explained a few different options and sent the estimate a few days later like most other companies did.

The pricing was right in the middle, they weren't the cheapest but they definitely weren't the most expensive, the warranties offered seemed superior then the other companies along with the materials being offered.

When we made a decision, contracts were promptly sent out and we were added to the schedule. Our roof was delayed a little over a month due to weather which is completely understandable. They refuse to start any work if there is even a slight chance of any rain which should be every roofing company motto.

Now it's go time, the tear off crew arrived snd had out roof bare within hours and the roofers started later that afternoon repairing some dry rot and adding some new sheathing. The gutters arrived the next day, they went up and look great, a few days later my roof was finally complete.

During the whole process, they cleaned up all areas everyday, the workers were respectful to the property, accommodating and professional. Nick stayed in touch with me with timelines, inspections ect. We are extremely happy we chose Brazil Quality Construction and will refer them to anyone looking for a new roof or even repairs.
