This review is written from the perspective of the HOA's board of directors relative to a recent re-roofing project.

Bravo impresses with strong industry and technical knowledge paired with excellent communication by way of frequent status updates, before/after pictures and always being available by phone and/or email with very quick response times.

Pricing is fair, middle of the road (not the cheapest, not the highest but very good value). Work was done timely, with high quality and strong focus on attention to detail.

I would highly recommend Bravo to any HOA looking for roof repairs and/or replacement.

Bravo roofing came out to our hoa for some roof maintenance recently. On their first visit they checked the status of the roof and ""cleaned"" the roof with a leaf blower. However, they simply blew all the debris and mess from one part of the property onto my patio and atrium below, which I had to eventually clean up. The next visit they came out to replace some boards along the roof. I had some outdoor glass bulb cafe lights that they needed to move out of the way and they said they'd put it away in a box for me which I was fine with. I told them they can remove the plastic twinkle lights that were intertwined in a chicken wire trellis in the same location if it's also in their way as I was going to remove them anyway. However, when I returned home that evening they left a pile of chicken wire and both plastic and glass lights in one giant entangled mess on the floor of the atrium and construction nails everywhere in both atrium and backyard. I'm not talking 1-2 broken bulbs or nails either, there was at least 5-7 broken bulbs and 10-15 nails and I still keep finding some here and there. There was also plaster on some of my outdoor furniture. Thankfully the plaster comes off with some wiping. However had I not checked the pile of lights and chicken wire and missed all the broken glass on the floor and broken bulbs entangled in the chicken wire I would have cut up my arms picking up the entangled mess and my dog could've gone out there and cut up her feet. There would have been a trip to urgent care and a vet bill to contend with. I brought the issue to their attention and they apologized however it doesn't change the way they finished their work and left the job site. I am shocked and upset at the way Bravo lacks professionalism in completing their job and their carelessness. So unless you like your property being left in a dangerous, broken mess for you to clean up I don't recommend Bravo roofing.

I called Bravo because I live in Brea and like to support our local businesses. They came out promptly an said my small roof leak was a broken tile and they could fix it. After they left I noticed a lot of dry rot on the fascia boards and around the windows so I called them back to see if they could repair that as well. They said yes and the same guy came out to inspect the damage. We got to talking about the roof leak and it turned out the broken tile he identified as the problem was on the other side of the house from the leak. He went back up and found 4 more broken tiles. He said they would call with an estimate. No call after several days..I called them and was told Rick would call me in the afternoon. That was 2 weeks ago! Apparently they don't want this job but it would have been nice to know that up front.

Rain shmain. Bravo Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof last year in preparation for El Nino, that didn't come until this year.

We were so happy to feel safe and dry when the downpours just kept coming and lasted days and nights. When a small drip started from the ceiling, Bravo immediately sent out one of their technicians, Tony Soto. He was polite, professional and completely diagnosed and fixed the problem area on the roof. We sincerely recommend this company for their high standards in workmanship and customer service.
