It would take a page to explain our saga with Braun's Roofing, so will just cut to the chase: worst customer service across any company that we have ever dealt with. Roof still leaking after a job that was never itemized properly. Absolutely avoid this company.

This has nothing to do with their work but I would NEVER call them. I was coming out of Wells Fargo on 518 @ Pearland Parkway around 11 am this morning. There was a large pick up with a Braun Roofing sign on the side of the tuck coming out mostly on my side of the drive. I could barely turn in and I mouthed the words ""get on your own side"". I parked and when I was getting out of my car, the guy had rolled his window down and was screaming obscenities at me. I'm sure if I had been a man he would not have done it. No idea if the guy was a worker or the owner. Large white guy in a tan truck. So whoever you were I will tell everyone I know that is looking for a roof DO NOT CALL BRAUN.

Terrible waste of money. Roof leaks more than before the complete roof replacement. Purchased extended warranty and called numerous times to complain about the leaks. Very slow in sending someone to look at the roof. Never fixed the problem. Finally stopped showing up.

Has a hard time responding to calls. Two days became two weeks for someone to do an inspection. I was assigned to a Clint Richardson and given his number to call him because he seems to busy to call me.

If you hire Braun roofing, plan on having BBB on speed dial. This company slapped a roof on my business almost a year ago and we are always having leaks...gushing water leaks. Forget their warranty...it's as useless as this company. Jerry continues avoiding my calls and promises they'll be out to fix our issues everyday and is a no show. Better look elsewhere.

If I can give them a big O Rate I will. This company is quick to take on a job and your money. I have a small stain on my wall due to a small leak on the roof from the recent storm. Mr. Greenshaw came over to inspect and gave us a quote which we agreed. They sent a guy they know who happens to be in the neighborhood to do the work, probably a subcontractor. The day after they did my roof, it rained hard and to my surprise my roof still leaks even worst than it was before. I talk to Mr. Greenshaw regarding this matter 3 times but he said they are busy. He said he will come by to check it. I have not seen his shadow until now. Due to the leak, my wall starts to develop molds. Don't do business with this people, they don't stand by their work. The are just after your money.

Braun's replaced my roof almost two months ago, but did not finish the job on the patio cover. I wrote a letter to the owner of the company who did not respond until after I filed a complaint with the BBB. He promised to resolve the problems here, but they did not show or bother to call the week they were supposed to come. In the meantime, the roof has leaked and caused damage in three rooms in my house. I asked for a refund, but the owner wants another chance before a refund, even after he inspected the roof and could not find the problems causing the leaks. After speaking to some attorney friends, I am going to pursue legal action if Braun's does not accept the offer to settle with me. The roof will have to be totally replaced by another company who will come recommended by my insurer.

Can't tell you about the job they do because they never got back to me. Brian was doing a job at a neighbor's house and so I had him come over to give me an estimate. He was supposed to email me a quote - Never heard from him again. Even tried emailing him again but no response.

Braun's Roofing does not warranty their work. I spent $1,600 to have all my roof vents sealed. When a leak occurred just months after the work had been completed I called to arrange a time for them to come out and remediate the problem. They would tell me they were coming and never show, nor call to reschedule. I had to hound the technician and gave up in frustration because heavy rains were coming and it became clear to me they had no intention of making things right. I will need an entire new roof in several years. Braun's Roofing has eliminated themselves from that bid process for sure.
