If I can give them a big O Rate I will. This company is quick to take on a job and your money. I have a small stain on my wall due to a small leak on the roof from the recent storm. Mr. Greenshaw came over to inspect and gave us a quote which we agreed. They sent a guy they know who happens to be in the neighborhood to do the work, probably a subcontractor. The day after they did my roof, it rained hard and to my surprise my roof still leaks even worst than it was before. I talk to Mr. Greenshaw regarding this matter 3 times but he said they are busy. He said he will come by to check it. I have not seen his shadow until now. Due to the leak, my wall starts to develop molds. Don't do business with this people, they don't stand by their work. The are just after your money.

Braun's replaced my roof almost two months ago, but did not finish the job on the patio cover. I wrote a letter to the owner of the company who did not respond until after I filed a complaint with the BBB. He promised to resolve the problems here, but they did not show or bother to call the week they were supposed to come. In the meantime, the roof has leaked and caused damage in three rooms in my house. I asked for a refund, but the owner wants another chance before a refund, even after he inspected the roof and could not find the problems causing the leaks. After speaking to some attorney friends, I am going to pursue legal action if Braun's does not accept the offer to settle with me. The roof will have to be totally replaced by another company who will come recommended by my insurer.

Can't tell you about the job they do because they never got back to me. Brian was doing a job at a neighbor's house and so I had him come over to give me an estimate. He was supposed to email me a quote - Never heard from him again. Even tried emailing him again but no response.

Braun's Roofing does not warranty their work. I spent $1,600 to have all my roof vents sealed. When a leak occurred just months after the work had been completed I called to arrange a time for them to come out and remediate the problem. They would tell me they were coming and never show, nor call to reschedule. I had to hound the technician and gave up in frustration because heavy rains were coming and it became clear to me they had no intention of making things right. I will need an entire new roof in several years. Braun's Roofing has eliminated themselves from that bid process for sure.

I hired Braun's roofing in 2013. They reroofed my entire home. The roof still looks beautiful. They gladly charged me $11,000 and took my money happily. I thought on more than 1 time how rude Ken was with various conversations. In 2014 my new roof had a bad leak. To make a long story short, Braun was called to repair the leak. After Skeeter rarely returned my calls and 4 attempts to repair my leaky roof, it still leaks and Skeeter will not honor the job anymore. I am furious with this company. Never use them or recommend them. They will not be the honorable roofing company you need.

I hired Braun Roofing about one year ago and paid them over $13000. They don't know anything about flat roofs. The roof leaks more than before, and they take their time to come and solve the problems. Before them, I hired some guys from Service Magic, which changed its name to Home Advisor. When I called Service Magic, their recommended people no longer could be found, and their phone was no longer good. So much for Home Advisor. I went by the advise of Ebsco. Total disaster. This company charged me over $13,000 and it seemed a reputable company. Don't be fooled. All they are after, is your money. I will keep sending them text messages and will make phone calls. I will now get BBB involved, and if necessary, will take them to court.

We used Braun's roofing at the recommendation of a neighbor. We paid them to fix 2 leaks on our shingled roof. They have been out to our house 4 times. One place was fixed, but the other continues to leak. Beyond the fact that they have been unable to fix our leaks, I would recommend against using them because of their lack of communication and customer service. Every time you call the only response they will give us is ""I will leave a note on the boss's desk,"" This boss has never been in the office when I have called, and only called back once after probably 8 calls. They have refused to answer our last calls, refused to fix our leaks, and refused to refund our money. Stay away!

Braun's replaced my roof several years ago and I was happy. I recently noticed a small leak over one of the eaves, and have spent 2 weeks plus trying to get someone to come out to give me a quote. Said they would come out everyday, but never show up. Suddenly a group shows up at 830pm to fix the problem. I had to stop them because no one could tell me the cost to have the work done? Who lets someone do work on their house without a quote? It's only a small area of the roof (on the edge). How hard can this be?
