Like others, I wish I could leave NO stars. THIS company put me through hell, from May - August. Besides putting me off for three months with multiple no-shows, they took off half a roof on the WRONG house after arguing with me about which house was MINE, when taking my roof off took off half the roof of adjacent townhome, they did not lay down tarps to minimize the trash as promised and THEN did POOR clean up job - I'm still picking up nails and so much grit from the shingles the rocks in patio area look like they are covered in mud. They argued with me about whether I had electric outlets outside or not, then blew my circuit breakers and were not even going to TURN THEM BACK ON!!! Also broke a board in my fence and the bottom of my gate. And final job was done by second contractor with company, I got rid of the first one, didn't think could get worse than him. Always gave excuses and lies, never accepting responsibility. My poor neighbor still has a blue tarp on their roof where they started on wrong home!!

I called Braun's Roofing and asked that Skeeter Braun call me back, have NEVER heard from him. Company only cares about payment, not customer service. PLEASE, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

UPDATE TO REVIEW LEFT TWO DAYS AGO: Called Skeeter, the owner, and left a message as indicated in his response to my Google review. He called the next day and asked what I needed. I was confused because he asked me to call, so I was expecting an apology or fair resolution. He addressed me as ""Ms. Robinson"" and after the second time, I said, it's ""Roberson."" He told me to ""slow down"" as if he was irritated that I asked him to correctly address me. Once corrected, he did not address me by my name at all. Who gets mad at someone who corrects you when you mispronounce their name?! Like, seriously.

Then he asked questions as if he didn't read the review. ""Who came to your house?"" ""Tell me what happened."" Not once did he apologize or take any accountability. When I told him I paid $3,500 to repair my ceiling and attic because of their shoddy work, he responded and said, ""You were ripped off."" How unprofessional and uncouth!!

He was very arrogant and nasty and told his staff came to my house twice to fix my issue - as if that was a resolution. Well, if your sevices are good, they should only have to come once!!

He claimed he was trying to help but got angered when I told him I called the office and emailed him in November 2022 when it happened. I asked why make an attempt to talk now if he truly intended to make it right? He never directly answered the question and got irritated when I asked again.

This man literally called me a liar and said I never called his office about the leak. This statement was unexpected and absurd because had I not called the office, they wouldn't have come out like they did the second time to fix and seal the leaks they missed!!! Not only did I call, but I sent an email (as attached). Skeeter was very disrespectful and condescending as a business owner and I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. EVER!

We hired Braun's Roofing last year, around April 2023, to fix a staining problem with our flat Mansourd roof. There were weep spots on the edge of the roof that were leaving unsightly streaks all over the shingles, and we wanted to redirect the flow. William Hart came out and very politely assured us that he could put edging around the perimeter of the house that would redistribute the overflow, thereby diluting the possibility of staining. So we hired him, and he put edging around the perimeter. We spend $5,000 and his work did NOTHING to fix our problem. He promised that he would stand behind his work but he turned from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde. We contacted him eleven times over the next six to seven months but he was always too busy. In one of his text responses, he replied ""Dammit, [customer], I told you originally that I would come and do this [sic] soon as I get some more materials . . . "" That was in September of 2023, and we have heard NOTHING from him since. That kind of attitude is simply unacceptable when you PROMISE a customer a solution. As far as we are concerned, he doesn't have a clue how to fix our problem. We spent all that money for nothing. Don't let his friendly demeanor fool you when you first meet him. He does NOT stand behind his work, he takes your money and he doesn't even touch the problem that he was hired to fix. The ONLY reason that I gave him a 1-rating is because there was no way to assign a NEGATIVE 5-star rating. Please see the photos that I posted. These are only two of several stains. They were taken in June, 2024, a year and two months after he did his ""work"", and the stains look exactly the same as they did before he came out.

My house was re-roofed by Braun's after hail/windstorm damage under an insurance claim in 2022. The Braun's project manager did an excellent job working up a quote, coordinating with the insurance adjuster, scheduling confirming all the work met HOA req and executing the work. Whole process was flawless.

Deal was agreed. Materials were delivered to my house 3 days before the work started. The crew showed up and did EXACTLY what was promised and completed re-roofing a 3,900 sq ft house in 1 day.

Crew cleaned up 95+% of the debris from the job on the day it was done. Project manager came back next day to closely inspect the work and go over the property with a fine toothed comb checking for stray nails etc with a magnetic sweeper.

Roof has been perfect for a full year.

Called Braun's about a small job last month - installing a new broadband dish on the (new) roof. They recommended one of their guys to do the work and I had the same experience.

Dish install done professionally on time and on budget with no surprises.

Braun's Roofing just completed two roofs for me and received great service from the supervisor and the office. Great job and good price. I would highly recommend them. They have been in business for a long time and will still be there when you need your next roof. Very responsive to warranty calls and 10 year warranty.

Despite weeks or waiting and MULTIPLE calls to the estimator and their office, I never received an estimate!

Lots of excuses, lots of BS, but no estimate, Must be nice to not need the business,

In my opinion this is a second generation owned business without a clue as to customer support and a total lack of customer respect. I heard about Braun's Roofing on Michael Berry Radio and needed new roofing work by a reputable roofing company on my second home in Spring, TX. I'm a senior and have had health problems so not able to be at my home so wanted responsible contractor who could perform work in my absence. Price was never an issue I was willing to pay for professional, reputable company. What a nightmare dealing with their estimator/supervisor Derrick Davis! Didn't show up for appointments, didn't call back and lied about follow ups and service/warranty work. Calls to the office were not returned and warranty was a joke. Finally sent Weston Blair out to do warranty work after threatening to have another roofer repair their work and demanded reimbursement through a law suite. As of today, not sure if leak is repaired since Mr. Blair follows same pattern of ignoring customer as did company and Mr. Davis. Everyone can have a bad day or a bad experience. A business is measured by how it responds and follows up. Braun's Roofing is in need of training in customer relations and warranty follow up and how to make and keep appointments (or at least how to use a telephone to reschedule). They are disrespectful of customers' time and cannot keep appointments and don't call to reschedule. Take your business elsewhere if you expect respectful, timely, honest service.
