Had a leak during the last rain storm. Called Brannon's Roofing. They came out immediately to do emergency tarp. The next day, the leak was repaired. No new roof required. It's terrific to work with an honest contractor. Thanks Tom!

We currently have a beautiful, brand new roof on our house installed by Brannon's roofing. It turned out very nice. Installed in a workman-like manner, we are very happy with the new look of our roof. When we finished painting the trim and fascia ourselves with a high quality paint, it made everything 'pop'.

Shopping around for a new roof, we shopped around and recieved five quotes. All quotes were within a hundred bucks of each other for a 30 year roof, nothing too extravagant. Ultimately, the decision to go with Tom Brannon seemed like the way to go as he recently installed a new roof down the street. With positive feedback from our neighbor and the roofing supplier indicating financial responsibility on behalf of the contractor, this decision was easy to make. A 40 year roof with more resilient materials for the cost of the others charging for 30 year roof seemed like the way to go.

As it can be expected in the building trades, perhaps phone calls don't get returned. Verbal commitments kinda get forgotten. After a period of time, we presumed, when calls were not returned, that Brannon Roofing was not interested in performing the work. No worries. With four other competitive bids and no money invested at this point, we were cool with it. As luck would have it, just as we were gonna pull the trigger with another contractor, Tom contacted us. We finalized our agreement, making a request that was of great importance to my Chief Financial Officer: Please advise us when the cost for damaged lumber needing replacement exceeds 500 dollars. We understood that until the existing roof was torn off, it would be difficult for the roofer to provide an accurate estimate until the lumber was inspected. For this request, my wife was rewarded with a very condescending and arrogant response ""Oh. It'll cost more than $500 bucks. And I accept credit cards.""

Work was completed in a timely manner and fully met our expectations. Our new roof looks very nice. For two of the three days of construction, our driveway was obstructed with construction debris, something that was not explained to us prior to the start of work. Subsquent condensation from the roof is staining our driveway and vinyl windows. Seeking guidance from the contractor was to no avail. GAF, the manufacturer, has gracefully offered a suggestion to correct the staining. At our cost. In conclusion, if you desire a very nice roof installed by an incredibly egotistical and arrogant contractor with roofing materials that will stain your driveway, Brannon's Roofing can meet your needs.
