My mothers roof was badly damaged in a hail storm. She is elderly and I was terrified someone would take advantage of her. HOWEVER, this company did a fantastic job! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They got started right away. They were honest, fair, hard working, and they know their business. They took great care with the property and didn't leave a mess behind. The owner is a very caring and compassionate person, which matters to me as much as the work they do! The whole crew was friendly & respectful. It's nice to know there are still companies out there with integrity and hometown values!!

My primary contact was with Zach. Many other contractors came soliciting after the storm but I selected Branded. Zach was just genuine, down to earth, clear, and to the point about what his team offered. Not at all ""Used Car Salesman"" like! Later, Tim showed up and had virtually the same demeanor. Zach took care of everything including finding damage that I and my insurance adjuster missed nor would I have even thought about. He made several phone calls to my insurance and mortgage company on my behalf. In effect, I did nothing but pick out the shingle color. They did everything else. In the end, the roof work was fantastic. The roofers were very courteous and left no indication that tons of beat up shingles had just been removed from my roof. Zach and Tim were validating the workmanship throughout the day and I now have a beautiful, class 4 roof that I'm excited to report to my insurance company for discount to help counter crazy property taxes!!

They replaced a roof on one of our investment properties and there was excellent communication throughout the process. Not only that, but the owners are very experienced and knowledgeable and made sure they knew exactly what we needed for this specific home. The job was done so quickly and efficiently, and there was no mess left when they were done! The roof looked amazing and gave the house the ""lift"" it needed. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. This is who I recommend to all my family, friends, and clients now!

Tim is great! He has come out and repaired our roof twice after bad windstorms. After the last storm he was out the next day to assess the damage and get it tarped while waiting for the insurance. We lost a lot of shingles in this storm, and water leaked in to the house. I was losing it and Tim came out and got it tarped to prevent further damage and helped me through the claim process. I know I'm in great hands with Tim and his company and look forward to him getting it all fixed up for me once the insurance stops dragging their feet. Keep up the great work Tim! If you have damage after a storm, I would highly recommend Tim and his company Branded to get you all fixed up. I will update after the project is completed, but I know Tim will get me fixed up and in great shape to not have to worry about the next storm!
