We loved the work Brad's did on our roof initially however we have a leak and have called 4 times over the past few weeks and cannot get anyone to return our call. I know they are probably busy but if I could just get ONE person to call us back! Called again today and holding out hope they will call soon. I hate to give up on them because we really like the people and their service but it's very frustrating to continue to get an answering service and be told 'I will give him your message and someone will call you back today' and NEVER get a call back. Very unhappy at this point.

I was stood up TWICE for ""appointments."" The first time I didn't receive a call until hours later. For the next day makeup appointment, I have never received a text or call explaining what happened even weeks later. I understand being busy, but it is incredibly rude to miss a scheduled appointment without so much as a phone call.

They are happy to take your money, but don't expect ANY warranty service if there is a problem with their work. Won't even give you the courtesy of a phone call. Don't waste your time (or money).

Brads Roofing put a new roof on for me. I got three bids and I chose to go with them. I am very happy that I used him. They were on time, honest, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I hired these guys to fix my roof in April of 2017. I was given a one year warranty on the work that they did. Before the warranty expired I noticed that one of the spots that they supposedly fixed was leaking again. I called and they told me that they would send someone out. After weeks of waiting I called again only to be told that ""the"" owner was out of town. When someone finally came they supposedly fixed the leak. Well guess what? They didn't. After numerous calls and assurances that they would come I noticed that they came out a did what I can only call "" a slimy glue job"". It looks like something my three year old grandson would do if he got hold to some super glue. Three months after the first call to try to rectify this issue no solution. I'll be calling a quality company to come and fix it properly. Very disappointed in the so called service.
