Last week my roof was fully replaced by Brad McDonalds roofing and Tyley from this company made the process easy and the timeline from signing the contract to having a new roof was very reasonable. Never was I told that due to the pandemic the prices of materials are increased as nowadays everyone claims. I got a very reasonable quote, nice looking shingles, respectful workers who cleaned up behind them. The Counties inspector came fast after the roof was completed and walked on the roof and the roof passed inspections. This was the best experience and the price was way lower than other quotes I got. As a real estate Broker I have dealt more often with this company for contracts where prior to closing a new roof was required to be able to close and in all cases the experience was the same. I'm not affiliated or related to anyone at this company, just a very happy customer.

This company has the beat customer service. My builder (David Weekly) uses them here in Tampa.

After an inspection it was noted that a few shingles needed to be replaced. We've been here 3 years so we aren't under warranty anymore, however Brad McDonald roofing came out and fixed it at no charge! They also came a few days after we called them.

I offered to pay for the work and they said they believed in taking care of their customers so there would be no charge. Thank you for the great customer service!

The first and second impressions were good. Price and speed of completion, were the upside. Then some time later I find out they damaged my gutters. Now as I'm about to replace the gutters, I see tar is seeping out from under the roof and dripping down the side. They initially sent out a fellow to fix the matter. He wiped some of the dripping tar off but didn't know how to fix the seepage, that was several weeks ago and the fellow has never returned. I've been calling for weeks and can only reach their answering service but never a return call. The still dripping tar will compromise my new gutters once installed.

Saving yourself a few hundred $ on the front end will cost you BIG in the long run with this company. I take no joy in writing this.

Our builder let us know this company installed our roof less than 2 years ago. The roof is already leaking, partly due to poor design. I reached out to the company and after 5 calls, 3 messages finally received a call back days later. They did come out as scheduled. However I was told during scheduling the problem would be fixed same day and it was not. They said they needed to contact the builder and would be in touch a few days later. Now almost two weeks later, no calls, no visits and no one is returning my messages.
