They're old school and standby their service. 5 years ago, I had my roof installed by them, and their dedication to completing the job with precision was evident. They showed up on time, and worked until the job was done. This alone was impressive given how flaky contractors can be. Fast forward five years to today, a small leak emerged due to a defective shingle. To my surprise, Boyce's Roofing not only fixed it promptly but also repaired the resulting damage to drywall and paint, all free of charge. Their no-questions-asked approach and old-school work ethic make them unparalleled in service. You simply can't ask for better reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. Have emailed, texted and called this company for the last 2 weeks and received no response to my request for a quote to re-shingle my roof. Guess they simply ignore inquiries if they don't think it's profitable. Odd way of doing business for sure.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE
I scheduled an appointment online and they no showed the appoitnment. I called and they told me someone was on the way. I called back 2 hours later as no one had shown up and was told there was a mistake and they no longer take appointments online (despite it being active on their website). I was frustrated as I had waited around for over 2 hours but decied to give them a second chance. A few days later Grayson showed up and looked at my roof for maybe 5 minutes and said I would get a quote within a week. After 10 days I called the company as I had not received my quote and they told me someone would call me back within an hours, still NOTHING. I had to call 2 more times the following day to finlly get a call back to be told they were not able to get correct mesurements and would need to come back out. OMG, are you kidding me. What a nightmare. If I could give a 0 I would.

Boyce's Roofing did a great job on replacing our 32 year old clay tile roof! I had over 5 roofing companies come out to give me their opinions on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Although Boyce's was not the least expensive, the price was fair and reasonable. Jason, the owner of the company, was knowledgeable and straightforward about what needed to be done, and was an honest and trustworthy individual. Whether you have a small repair or a major overhaul like our home, I would trust this company to take care of your roof.

We had 16 of our corbels replaced, 183 corbels cut to get rid of wood rot and termite damage, and the starter board replaced. The wood prep was a difficult and time consuming project. Mario did an excellent job and I was glad we went with Boyce for the woodwork instead of using an independent contractor. Once the new wood was in place, Jason had his guys stack the tiles so that the fumigators had somewhere to walk, so fewer tiles would be broken. After the fumigation was finished, his guys completed most of the roof and installed the skylights, leaving a path for the painters so they could paint the chimneys. His guys came back after the painters were finished, completed the roof and replaced the tiles the painters broke. With the fumigators, painter, and stucco guy, we had a lot going on at the same time, and we were glad Jason was handling our roof. It was the one thing we didn't have to worry about.

The crew cleaned the area daily. Jason checked the site daily to make sure the project was progressing smoothly, and all questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Boyce's Roofing is a great family company! It was a pleasure to do business with Jason, his foreman, Gavin, and the entire crew! From start to finish, they were the epitome of professionalism and great customer service!

I HIGHLY recommend Boyce's Roofing and Repair, this is an incredible company to go with! From the initial consultation with Grayson Phillips, he was so friendly, trustworthy, and especially knowledgeable! He was happy to answer all of my many questions and I appreciated his expertise with roofing, his extensive knowledge alone made me want to work with them above all of the other roofing companies I had spoken with. I could tell he would make sure everything was done perfectly, and he definitely met those expectations! Our roof was quite the project to take on (the prior roof was leaking and I wanted a specific color for the new roof), and I absolutely love how the roof turned out! Their service was quick, efficient, and they were accommodating for all of my needs. All of the roofers were so polite and hardworking too! Boyce's Roofing and Repair is the BEST!!

Just stop here and hire Boyce's for your roofing needs. Jason and Grayson were amazing through the process although mine might have been a little different than most.

I hired a popular Solar company to install new Solar and repair my roof (repaper, repair damaged wood, lift and relay tile). My original salesman from this solar company had recommended his choice of roofers they sublet to. They were not the ones to show up to repair my roof, come to find out his recommendation was no longer used (a pricing issue?). The new choice killed my roof, while that may sound a little dramatic it looked bad and leaked at the first rain.

During this process Boyce's did my neighbors roof and we were jealous of the quality compared to ours. So now, the call all contractors or repair technicians hate.

When I called Boyce's and explained the situation there was no hesitation to come out. Grayson did the initial inspection then Jason came out and took pictures of even more horror left behind from the solar company's roofer.
In the end Jason worked with my solar company and myself and the roof was redone with new tiles due to so many tiles being hacked up by the previous installer. I could not be more proud of my roof.

Our tract is 29 - 32 years old so a lot of roofs have been redone over the last year or so. If you were to drive around and rate the roofs in our tract there are 2 stand outs, mine and my neighbors coincidently both done by Boyce's.

Oh and of course there is the price thing, Boyce's charged almost the exact same price as I was charged by the solar company who sent the roof murderers.

I will end this like I started it. Just call them, you will also be the pride of your neighborhood.

Boyce's Roofing completely replaced my roof at a fair price and I was pleased with their work. They were knowledgeable and did a good job explaining why certain items needed to be replaced, which was mostly rotted wood. They were friendly while they completed the work and I didn't have any issues. I would highly recommend them anyone looking to work on their roof.
