Jon came out inspected the area, gave options and was very respectful of our time and home. Luckily it wasn't as major as we thought and the issue fixed by Jon and his team.

I already knew I needed a new roof and had gotten a good quote from Jon; I was saving up for it a few months down the road. But when rainwater came pouring into the house through a ceiling vent, Jon came out right away (on his own time) and put a tarp over the bad section of roof to save me from further damage. He was able to schedule the installation of the new roof within a week or two after that. Jon and his crew were efficient and professional; I couldn't have asked for a better experience with getting a new roof for my house. Also the architectural shingles look great!
