As a long time customer of Bowie Construction & Engineering we have counted on them for fine work for years
3 years ago our house was hit by 2 trees on the roof at night , in stormy weather!
As normal we called Bowie!
Firstly
We waited 2 years for work to even begin
Everything went down hill fast!
Mr Bowie was also building a house next door, which at first seemed great and would save us both money. Instead Bowie built a house west of my home ,that completely ruins the sunset view my entire home was built to feature!
Now all that is seen out of my living room picture window, my kitchen and dining room, is my neighbors roof. I cry every time I look outside!
Bob Bowie ridiculed me for my crying,( calling them alligator tears), & displeasure in the fact that our home was still in tatters while the neighbors were getting first class help, and our view was GONE forever!
Now we've been abandoned by Bowie Construction in the first third of the job, punch lists incomplete and our yard a wreck with our own tools missing! Repairs never even done!
Bowie will not return calls
Has ruined my hard wood floors by letting our outside dogs ,in while we were gone, when they signed a contract that said they would halt work while we were gone!
What has happened to them
The contractor that finally fixed our roof said ,""One more hit and it would have come through the roof!""
We were left in peril!!!!
As good customers we do not deserve that! As a great company I ask,"" What has happened to

Really Bob, wht do we cont to have water going through the bottom of our home after all the work is done. I asked you why you were on yelp and why my documentation didn't have any mention of a guarantee of no water after all the work. You said, ""don't worry you won't have any water( while laughing ) and you said nothing was on yelp bc you didn't have an account with them. I didn't know enough about yelp at that time to question you bc I trusted you.

Bob Bowie built my house 27 years ago. Over the past 27 year he has followed through on maintenance and continued with other improvements including an absolutely beautiful Epe' deck, driveways, patios, retaining walls and more. He's not only the family doctor of our house, he has become true part of our family.

Our most recent project was the installation of new exterior doors, windows and replaced all the interior doors. In addition they put in new crown moldings, base moldings and casing throughout the house. The work came out perfect, on time and on budget as always.

My wife and I are starting to plan our next project and can't wait to work with Bob, Ernesto and the rest of their awesome crew!
