Please please shop around. I regret ever hiring this company. It took them a whole year to complete all the list of things my insurance was covering. Much was coming back to repair their shotty work. They repaired a portion of our fence that is now falling apart and was not leveled. I had to constantly call them to remind them they had unfinished work. It was like pulling teeth completeing anything. Not to mention one of the contractors asked if i could lie to his boss and tell him he was at my home working. In exchange he said he would power wash my drive way. Wow great work ethics. My gutters won't drain properly. The so called staining they did on my fence is pealing off already. The sub contractors were showing up asking to borrow tools and ladders...really?! Not to mention the incompetence their project managers and receptionist have. They called asking for my last payment when i clearly paid them after the last crappy work order. I had to run to the bank and request a copy of the signed check. I called them back only to be told oppps your right. I have warned everyone from our subdivision about this company. If you really value your home and want work done right, shop around...i implore you! We feel so taken advantage of. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I would advise anyone else with these same problems to do the same. Oh yes the project manager said that if i left them a good review he would offer us extra work. Would explain why they have good reviews on here.
