Bottom Dollar Roofing just finished replacing our entire roof. Our roof had so much damage due to years of neglect by the previous owner of our home.

Bottom Dollar Roofing not only had the best price, they provided excellent service. They were so professional and even showed me the damage of the plywood, and that there was even drywall nails used. They did this prior to replacing the plywood. I had no surprise charges, and everything, work, clean up, and service were impeccable.

Had a leak in my roof and I called up this company for a quote. The quote was overpriced and my attic was never inspected for further damage. I contacted two other companies who went up in my attic and on my roof and I was told that the reason for my leak was because of some tiles that had shifted. They both advised that I did not need all the work that was quoted by this company. One of the companies charged me a small fee for adjusting the tiles that were needed and even repaired some of the tiles that were broken. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they have money to throw away..

We called Bottom Dollar Roofing Company since they were close by, and received a repair cost estimate the next day. Keith showed up and gave us a very reasonable and honest estimated cost for repairs, with a projected start time of 3 weeks during this raining season. Keith, Jill, and their team just finished replacing our roof, and I'm amazed at what a smooth process it was.

Our project presented the challenges of replacing shingle, portions of sheathing, and most of the fascia board ahead of an insurance deadline in the midst of a series of storms. Jill negotiated an extension with the insurance company, and Keith had his crew here as soon as there was a long enough pause in the rain to complete the job. Communication was excellent, and the crew was courteous, efficient, and pleasant to work with. And, as promised, the roof was finished just before the next storm arrived.

Having a leaky roof is sooo stressful. Calling around and obtaining quotes can be just as stressful. I had 3 quotes but decided to get just one more. I called Bottom Dollar Roofing after finding them here on Yelp. Keith came out and gave me an estimate, the best one that I had thus far. I was a little nervous thinking the price might be too good to be true, that surely they would find a way to increase the price once they started the work. I decided to go with them, and there was no need to worry. They came out a few days ahead of schedule even, repaired my leak, cleaned up the work area leaving no trash behind. The price I was quoted did not change, I was very happy with the level of professionalism. I am also happy because I no longer have a leaky roof. We have had a couple of days of rain since the repair and no leaks! I would recommend Bottom Dollar Roofing to anyone in need of roofing.

I've never had to replace a roof before so I was a little nervous about it. Had a small leak last year so I couldn't put it off much longer. Got 4 quotes and chose Keith because he was prompt, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions (and he happened to have the lowest bid too). His crew worked fast and even though they had to replace a lot of lumber they still finished the job in three days. The first night there was a slight chance of rain so they decided to stay an extra hour to cover the entire roof with tarps. The new roof looks great! Now I don't have to stress out the next time it looks like rain. Thanks Keith.

We hired Bottom Dollar Roofing to replace our existing Comp Shingle roof with a higher quality Presidential Comp Shingle. All dry rot and existing damaged was addressed and the wood was replaced in a timely fashion. The workers were on time each day and worked hard. I'm a bit of perfectionist, so there were times I asked Keith and his crew to make slight adjustments and go a little above and beyond with my requests, and they did without hesitation. After each day's work, his guys walked the property and made sure to pick up any trash or debris that was left laying around and had a designated collection point in the yard. I have young children and a dog, so providing for their safety is of great importance to me. Keith's wife Jill was sweet and very professional through correspondence and phone conversations, she was timely in returning my emails and calls. Another main reason I chose Bottom Dollar Roofing over the other bids I had was not only the price, but Keith came with a strong referral from a reputable competitor who told me I couldn't go wrong with Bottom Dollar. This company had nothing but good things to say about Keith and his company even though they were losing a job to him. I don't know about you, but that has rarely happened for me when getting bids for work. I have already referred Keith to multiple family members and friends. Great job Keith Owens, keep up the strong work.

Bottom line: you get what you pay for. I went with this company because of they gave me the best price for the job (no surprise!). However, the quality of work, follow up, communication was just meh. Looking back, I would prefer to pay more for peace of mind, knowing that I wouldn't have to ""oversee"" the work for Bottom Dollar. This was a frustrating experience overall- since Keith was not working on site and only visited the job site once or twice a day, which makes it quite difficult for him to give appropriate directions to his workers. For example, he had told me over the phone that one of his workers was to begin the torchdown on the roof that morning. However, when I reached the jobsite, I noticed that there was a huge gap in the roof and missing plywood- definitely NOT ready for torchdown. I should not have had to leave notes for his worker and call Keith to notify him of this- there was unnecessary pressure for me to monitor the roofer's work. After the job was done, I noticed a dent on my rain gutters- probably from roofers hauling away huge sheets of plywood and throwing them off the roof. Also noticed some old roof debris left on the roof, so the clean-up was a bit careless. But this is no big deal and Keith offered to ""fix"" the dent, but just maybe my expectations were a bit too high? Anyhow, it's been a few weeks, and the torch down seems like it has been done well. So far, so good- no leaks! I will update this review if I notice otherwise.
