I found Keith on Yelp & because of the reviews.
My husband gave him a call. He came right out to give us a quote on a leak.
We had called another company a few weeks prior that quoted us $1800, so imagine my joy when my husband told me it was going to cost $900.
He told us he was very busy & the time frame he could return, we were fine with it since the weather had turned hot & rain was not in the forecast.
He returned sooner than expected & completed the job, at the cost of the quote.
While he was here my husband asked for a quote on our very problematic balcony.
This balcony has always been an issue with our house & all the models in our complex.
We had it fixed about 4 years ago, knowing that it was just a temp fix.
Neighbors all share their stories of how they have fixed or attempted to fix their balcony.
Keith gave us the quote & as his name says, Bottom Dollar.
Over the years the balcony repair has been quoted several times, all with different remedies & at outrageous prices. Keith quoted $1550 & said it'd be a few weeks until he could complete the job.
Yet again he came through earlier than expected.
The final cost remained the same as the quote. The balcony looks great & I'll update after a rain comes as to the product success (fingers crossed.)
He's a really nice guy, very honest & I'll definitely refer friends & family to him.

Keith is great. He installed a new roof at my home in Claremont, and we are very happy with the job done. I contacted him just prior to Thanksgiving. He told me late January or early February before he could get to it. He came out the first week in February. He started on Monday and finished on Friday. I didn't have to worry about pulling the permit, he took care of that. I received 3 quotes from reputable roofing companies, and chose Keith. We are very glad we did.

They explained everything very well and took care of all the paperwork and permitting through the city. My exisiting roof was missing ridge caps at the peak of the roof. I knew it was necessary to have to make my roof complete and to prevent any possible problems with the El Nino season coming. Overall, I had a positive experience with Bottom Dollar. The owner Keith is responsive and easy to commincate and work with. He explained the process of the work to be done and addressed my concerns also. I am also satisfied with the repairs and how the process worked out for me and my family. I am glad that I hired them to repair my roof. I will not hesitate to contact Bottom Dollar Roofing for any future work again.

We had a rather large leak coming from our roof into two bedrooms. I called Bottom Dollar Roofing and spoke with the owner Keith. He came out to our home and did an inspection and found a considerable amount of breakage on our tile roof which caused damage to the plywood from sun exposure. Keith was very professional and gave us several options for the repair. While we were deciding which way we wanted to go, he came to our home, and covered the leak wit a tarp on as we had a few days of rain coming our way. He was so patient with us while we were trying to make our decision, that we decided against just doing a repair and had the entire roof done. The expense for the complete job was extremely fair and reasonable for what needed to be done. The job was completed within 3 days as promised and the work was done very professional. Very neat and clean. The roof turned out beautiful, better than what I had imagined. I would recommend Bottom Dollar Roofing to all my family, friends and neighbors!
