I hope Born 2 Roof stays in business the next hundred years, Cruz and his team will be my go to guys for roofing from now on. If I could give him ten stars I would. I had a leak in the roof during this last rain and started to leak through the ceiling of the garage. I saw Born 2 Roof on Yelp, read all the good reviews, made an appointment with Cruz. Cruz came out and immediately located the problem, gave me a decent quote asked him when could he do the job. I didn't even call anyone else for a quote, Born 2 Roof was the one. Cruz came out early Saturday morning with his crew and did a fantastic job. He found ten broken tiles and replaced them at no extra charge and before he left he cleaned out one of my rain gutters that I was having trouble with, no charge. Cruz and his crew was on time and very professional. No hidden charges or added fees. Thank you Cruz, (Born 2 Roof).

Cruz Santana came out to provide an estimate on rain gutters (two story house) that needed some repairs on facia boards and repainting. We received that estimate, were provided a timeframe and payment schedule and set up a date for installation. He and his crew came out and completed the job in 2 days! They were prepared, efficient and clean - - everything was picked up and cleaned up on day one and then again when the job was finished - this is invaluable considering all the construction we've had done over the years. Absolutely love the finished product - couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this company - not only for rain gutters but roofing. They do excellent work, get all the necessary permits and work very hard to ensure the homeowner or tenants (family owned apartments) are comfortable and not inconvenienced. They completed 8 new roofs that look amazing! Cruz and his team(s) are top notch - highly, highly recommend!!

Well, Cruz and his crew not only fixes leaks, he can also warranty resealing flat roof. Extremely professional, experienced and honest. Qualities you do not expect from average roofer.

Born2Roof helped us with a medical building that has leak issues for over a year with multiple repair attempts. The building has both tilted tile and flat roof. Cruz finally took our headaches out. Wish we could have found him earlier.

Cruz and his team were amazing. I had two solar tubes that weren't flashed (one leaked), some skylights not rated for tile roofs, and other issues that needed attention prior to selling my home. Cruz was the only roofer who listened to the issues and quoted with itemization to fix those issues rather than trying to sell me a new roof. He warrantied the work for the buyers of my home and did maintenance so the home warranty would insure against other issues should they occur. All at a very reasonable price! We cannot thank Cruz and his team enough for providing such outstanding services. Cruz traveled a long way(twice) to examine and take measurements, then fix a chunk of my roof that was broken, while most companies did not care for such a small job and might had thought it was too much of a hassle. On the repairing day, we last minute requested him to help removing an old antenna. He did it within no time and very minimal extra charge. He walked through the whole thing with us and even provided detailed photos on everything they did. The newly repaired roof looked amazing. We just moved in to this new house and had to work with multiple companies(plumbing, gates, landscaping etc). we were the most satisfied with Cruz's. During a stressful time like this, a reliable, trustworthy team was such a blessing to have. They were professional, punctual, patient, and really cared for the clients. The team members we met were all very nice and hardworking. We will definitely use Born 2 Roof in the future and recommend anyone to this great company.
