We contacted Justin Allison at Bonner Built after having another company do aerial inspections using a drone. They told us there was nothing that they could do to prove hail damage. We remember the storm well and there was hail.
Bonner Built physically went on the roof and found proof of damage. They were able to work with our insurance and get the roof replaced and we only had to pay the deductible.
They came out and they replaced the roof in a day. There was a large crew cleaning up debris as it came down and searching for nails. It was an efficient operation.
Very thankful that they were able to work this out with insurance.

Matt Olson from Bonner Built saved my house! While working on a neighbors roof he noticed that I needed a new roof. Shortly after, we had leaks from the roof. He worked with the insurance company and my PITA solar panel company to get everything in place. They came out and I had a new roof in a day! No leaks since ans the roof is beautiful.

They did a fine job of replacing the shingles on the roof, but the insurance company had okayed for the repair of some damaged gutter guards. They decided not to do the gutter work but when replacing the gutter guards that were there left them sloppily reattached and not tucked up under the shingles. The representatives never returned emails or phone calls when asked if they were going to come back out and fix it. Also, received very confusing information from their billing department.

Bonner Built replaced our roof over 6 years ago. They were professional, polite and the roof looked great. Recently, we discovered an issue with the roof that was compromising the support of the surrounding area. Jason Bonner worked with my husband in repairing the roof. In this day and age, it's hard to find a contractor who stands behind their work, especially long after the job is complete. Thanks Bonner Built for doing the right thing :)

We had multiple water spots on our ceiling throughout the house after a particularly bad storm. We were convinced the roof needed to be repaired or replaced even, so called Bonner Built to come take a look. Our technician Garrett stayed at our house for over an hour checking out the roof, our attic, and anything that could be causing the leaks. He sealed a couple of spots that could have been causing a problem, but didn't try to oversell me a brand new roof when we didn't need one. He was honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. When we get ready to replace our roof we will 100% be using Bonner Built! Thank you Garrett!!!!!

I needed a new roof. Storms over the years finally killed the OE roof on my 15 year old home. I had neighbors that had recommended David and the entire Bonner Built team. I reached out and Bonner Built took care of the rest. The job was scheduled to be done 2 days after insurance approval and they were in and out in less than 12 hours. The roof looks great, every concern I had was taken care of and the experience was flawless! They even picked up the extra materials on a Saturday so it wasn't left in my yard all weekend. Top-notch experience all the way. Highly recommend these folks!

I like Bonner and would happily recommend to others. I am very big on keeping our money in our communities. I have some of their business cards and keep my ear out. Specific to my experience, they were very prompt with the reports and dealing with my insurance. They were thorough with inspecting my roof and coming up with solutions to avoid damage to piping, etc. I did have an issue with one of their people with follow-up. I mentioned it to Jason, one of the owners. He a made a point to work with me directly through the remainder of the project by text or phone whatever was convenient at the moment. The back office ladies are also very attentive and friendly on the money side. Finally, everyone there talks to you like an adult. If you don't understand something they take the time to explain it so you understand.

I am a real estate agent and was recommended Bonner Built by a co worker. They came out and inspected my clients roof and gave them a good verbal report, and said they would send the report over shortly. Three weeks later they still have not sent over the report. I have called their office multiple times and Ryan Johnson many times with no return. Each time I am actually able to reach someone in the office they say they will send when they get back to the computer, still no report. We are set to close this week, but cannot without that report. I do not understand how someone can stay in business and not return multiple phone calls from a customer.
