Got multiple quotes on my roof from many contractors. Wasn't happy with any of them. Some lied, some tried to peg me as a sucker by purposely missing scope they could change order in later and others claimed exorbitant covid pricing. I was about to give up.

Then I see Bonded doing my neighbors roof, so I figure eh, I'll get one more quote since they're across the street anyway. Bonded came in lowest by a wide margin, their scope was comprehensive and they caught ways I could save that other roofers never mentioned. I am so glad my neighbor hired them and I saw their sign in her yard.

I ran their price past another roofer post-award and he confirmed it was a great deal. Larry is the newish owner by the way, so take any old reviews with a grain of salt. As I understand it the company is very different (better) under Larry. My neighbor worked for them under the prior owner so she shared the insider scoop.

Roof install went smoothly and quickly, about 4 days but I have a larger home and was doing a full tear off. Larry and his foremen visited multiple times during install to inspect and answer questions.

My neighbors are tight knit and our homes the same vintage. Larry'salmost certainly going to end up doing about 4 more houses on my block as we've all seen the quality and value. I will recommend him to colleagues and friends.

Larry came to our home quickly and provided a highly competitive quote. The work was done on time, cleanup was perfect and we are very happy with our roof repair. Bonded recently re-roofed my neighbor's house across the street and she is very happy with Bonded's work as well.

Bonded Roofing was one of three contractors we had bid on your nine unit condo building in early 2020. On the back side of Covid and after raising the money I went back to the three contractors and asked for them to revisit their bids and make adjustments, it had been over a year. Two of the contractors increased their bids by as much as 10%, Bonded stood by their original bid and said there would be no increase. Their bid came in far below the others now and their work and professionalism refreshing.

The job took all week, five days from start to finish. The worksite was kept clean and we all survived the smell of the tar, it meant no more leaks lol. I had one tenant call and advise me that some pebbles had gone down her kitchen stove exhaust during the tear off. I talked to Larry and within twenty minutes his crew had been to the unit and took care of the problem. The quality and durability of the new roof? I will get back to you in ten to fifteen years lol. This is a company I can recommend.

I needed to replace a 34 year old roof on a 24 unit apartment complex in Long Beach, Park Estates area...I got about 7 estimates and narrowed it down to 2 companies before going with them...their price was within $1000 of my lowest bid with everything else being equal..I went with them because I was always able to reach them and get questions answered right away instead of waiting the next day or waiting for a return call later in the day...anyway I was surprised when they asked if I wanted them to notify my tenants of the tear off and parking in the alley etc..I told them my managers would hand out the notices, but thanks..they showed up on time with about 7-8 workers and what I thought would take a month or longer from start to finish took 2.5 weeks..they did a very clean job on the tear off of the old roof..even my managers who don't usually compliment workers had high praise for them...the bottom line is the price was right the work from start to finish was exceptional while keeping me up to date every step of the way... I had anticipated some complaints from my tenants about something going wrong but that never happened.... the rain gutters and downspouts were not damaged and I was very pleased...thanks to Buster, James, and especially Larry for making this job go smoothly... We had our roof replaced with Bonded Roofing. They did a great job. Upon contacting them, we were put on their scheduled and they showed up on time. Their pricing was very fair and the job finished quickly. Bonded's guys cleaned up when the job was completed. A total satisfactory experience. Highly recommended!!!
