Bonded Roofing is a solid company. They were recommended to me by my solar contractor and I'm so glad I went with them. The owner and his team did a fantastic job on my 30,000 square feet commercial building. The project was challenging since we needed to coordinate three objectives: redoing the roof, replacing platforms for freezing and cooling units and removing skylights to free up space for solar panels. The crew lead by Ed got moving fast starting from day one. They arrived at the break of morning and hauled into the evening. For two weeks they demoed, repaired, replaced and lastly, reroofed. The results-a clean brand new roof. I write this on December 28, 2020, where southern California was hit with a big storm and there's not a leak in the building. Job well done, Bonded Roofing. These guys are top notch. Couldn't ask for more, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our roof had been leaking a little last year, so I knew we needed work to be done. I wanted to wait until after the first rain before my review. Not one leak. So here you have it.
I called the office. I asked for Gene, I was told he was not in the office. Gene called me back the next day. I told him about the leaking when I realized this is the original roof from when we bought our house, in 1978. Bonded Roofing put that roof on. Gene came out the next day and went on the roof. He came down with pictures of our roof.
No doubt we needed a new roof. We discussed what we needed and the price. Which was very fair.
It was a great experience from start to finish. His crew came out very early in the morning, as we were told they would be.

They did an excellent job. Our property was left with no roofing materials or tar.

I would recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Here are some photos of the damage and the experience.
Here's a couple photos of the nails coming through the wood ceiling in the living room. I pointed this out to the guys applying the plywood and then they did it a second time.
The other photo is of the oil stain they left on my stone driveway. They did pressure wash it but could never remove the stain. The gutter standing in the back was damaged during the job and it stood there for 3 weeks until they replaced it. I had to call them a few time to get them to come back and fix a few things. They did repair the ceiling inside the house but it had to be painted instead of stained- to cover the numerous patches. I was never offered a discount for the damage and trouble.

The team was very helpful and informative. I was able to get a quote right away and from there they helped me fix my roof. To say the least, we were pleased with all the results

With so many rains in the first half of the year my parent's home started to have some serious leaking problems (that and the fact that the roof was never done well by previous contractors). These guys not only stopped the heavy leakage but also found dome previous issues that for some reason other ""experts"" ignored. They explained everything clearly enough for us to understand that they were saying the truth and were not trying to get more money from us. Such integrity and work ethic is hard to find nowadays. Very happy and satisfied with them.

Be very careful with this company sales pitch. They tell you one thing and give you a contract for higher price. I had the roof done less than 8 years with this company formerly known as SoCalBonded Roofing. They only gave me a 5 year labor warranty, which I should have asked for industry standard warranty 10 years. The roof is leaking because the nails and flashing were loose. They gave me the run around with the prices, warranty and the method of fixing the roof, which they installed. In any case, I decided not to use this company due to lack of trust. I agree with the other review, when they did my roof they damaged my lawn because they drove the crane to drop off materials on my lawn. I have to ask for money for the cost of repairing the lawn for $200.

Look no further. This is the roofing company you should go with. I probably had about 10 estimates for a new roof on my house and these guys were the the most professional, easy to work with, and the best price in town. They always arrived early, cleaned up everyday, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I had the pleasure of working with Ed. He answered all my questions, communicated daily, was very professional, and just a great guy. I just love my new roof. Thanks Ed and all the crew at Bonded Roofing!
