I called 4 weeks ago and spoke to a lady who said they were 2 weeks out and she would have someone come by and do an estimate and send me an email regarding an appointment. It's been 4 weeks and nobody ever came & I never received an email. All I needed was a few tiles replaced. I called and left a message explaining that nobody ever came out and I never received an email and I left my phone number AGAIN but I never received a call back. Very bad customer service. I heard good things about them but I'm assuming it was one of their friends.

Called several roofing companies located in the Calaveras County area and, decided on Bolin Roofing! We were more than pleased, we were thrilled, to have found a contractor that is committed to such a high level of customer service and quality of work! Tom Bolin followed through with his commitments every step of the way and was very easy to communicate with and very friendly! Took the roofing team of five, 7 working days to install our new roof. The last day we were so pleased we had a Thank You BBQ for the Team. We purchased a 50 year Presidential Quality Roof and are thrilled with the finish look!

I had a leak in my roof that needed immediate repair. It was leaking in our master bath. I called many roofers and Tom was the only one who offered to come late in the day on Saturday. He had to travel to get to us and it was windy, cold and rainy. He did and emergency repair to stop the leak. And he will follow up with a permanent fix. I can't say enough about Tom Bolin

We have a home in Dorrington - Big Trees Village. We are SO pleased with the work, and the clean up the team performed. And moreso, we appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism we experienced with each person we dealt with ! We had a chance to meet Jason and his team - and were rest assured that it was going to be a positive experience and the results demonstrate that ! The team met with us on tear off day. Showed us the materials they were using. Took care in our landscape around the house. And the clean up was impecible !!!

We misspelled Tom Last Name by spelling Bolin with an ""R"" or ""Brolin"", our apologizes to Tom Bolin and Bolin's Roofing. My wife and I would like to thank Tom Bolin from Bolin's Roofing for such a GREAT job done. Tom is a very personal and very honest business man. We received what we knew was a very fair price on the roofing job we needed done. Tom even seen some trim we needed on our garage roof and, on his own, went to his home, got the metal trim and put it on our garage roof, no charge, in fact I did not even know what Tom had done until the job was completed. When the job was all done, my wife and I found 2 nails on the ground so far, what a very neat and professional job. Thank you Tom Bolin and Thank you Bolin's Roofing.....

We needed an estimate done for a reroof and he was 2 days late, but didn't call to let us know he was running behind. To make matters worse he seemed irritated that I called to ask when he was coming and if he could quote us on gutters too. We ended up cancelling and using someone else. We are all busy, and maybe I just caught him on a rough week, but a little basic courtesy goes a long way.
