Bolin Roofing just completed a full roof replacement and new gutters in Arnold. Our roof looks amazing and everything was done on time and as quoted.

Their pricing was extremely competitive. And I appreciated the good communication from quoting to job completion. We had some dry rot which they were able to repair, at a fair price.

I chose Bolin because five years ago they did us a solid when our insurance company gave us 1 month to make roof repairs or they would drop our coverage. They completed the repairs a few weeks later and our insurance company was satisfied. They were the only ones that could get us on the schedule then. I didn't forget this. Thank you team!

Unresponsive to voicemail and email. Buyer is waiting for over a month roof repair/cert to be completed. Said they were coming out today sometime mid morning. It's 344pm and no one has shown up....no call, text, or email to say ""hey what's good."" NOTHING!!! This business don't deserve a STAR.

I called 4 weeks ago and spoke to a lady who said they were 2 weeks out and she would have someone come by and do an estimate and send me an email regarding an appointment. It's been 4 weeks and nobody ever came & I never received an email. All I needed was a few tiles replaced. I called and left a message explaining that nobody ever came out and I never received an email and I left my phone number AGAIN but I never received a call back. Very bad customer service. I heard good things about them but I'm assuming it was one of their friends.

We were more than pleased, we were thrilled, to have found a contractor that is committed to such a high level of customer service and quality of work! Tom Bolin followed through with his commitments every step of the way and was very easy to communicate with and very friendly! Took the roofing team of five, 7 working days to install our new roof. The last day we were so pleased we had a Thank You BBQ for the Team. We purchased a 50 year Presidential Quality Roof and are thrilled with the finish look!

I had a leak in my roof that needed immediate repair. It was leaking in our master bath. I called many roofers and Tom was the only one who offered to come late in the day on Saturday. He had to travel to get to us and it was windy, cold and rainy. He did and emergency repair to stop the leak. And he will follow up with a permanent fix. I can't say enough about Tom Bolin
