We just had our roof replaced by Bold Roofing. This was the second time we used Bold Roofing. First was due to Hail damage the second being wind damage resulting in a tree landing on our house. Bob Stevens was our go to guy both times. He was very thorough and worked well with our insurance, Would definitely use them again and highly recommend Bold Roofing. Bob & Ann Johann

Here's the deal. You get the right guy and the right company of course you get a great experience. I did with Nathan Myers and Bold Roofing. Even Allstate, which doesn't want to pay out at first, eventually had to say how thorough and all together Bold Roofing was when it came to sending pictures and invoices in for me. Call them and ask for Nathan if you want it done right.

Poor Ethics! I am sure they do decent work but I have witnessed their salespeople knock doors that already have roofing signs in their yard and proceed to steal the signs of other companies out of yards. I was a Roofing Contractor and owned my own company for 3 years before starting another company and dissolving my roofing business. Let me say this to all home-owners if you have given your business verbally to another company and they put a sign in your yard if anyone else is knocking your door while another company clearly has a sign in your yard and they try to weasel their way into roofing your home that is the last contractor you want to go with. Its poor ethics there is plenty of business for everyone and theirs no reason to take away from someone who already invested time and is likely trying to earn an honest living. ANY company that encourages this behavior out of their employees is run with poor ethics and is likely misinforming you as a homeowner on whatever company you spoke to before. I would never ever award business to someone whos trying to sell me something when I clearly have given business to someone else, that salesperson is going to tell you whatever you want to hear to win the business.

So coming from someone who used to own an ethical Roofing Business that never ever once had below a 4-star review on any platform don't give your business to a company that has poor Ethics. Idc if they beat the price or are referred by someone. I guarantee you that you could find another referral to a company that takes pride in honest business practices. I can tell by reading other reviews on here that apparently the biggest issue with this company is their sales staff and I will second that by saying I have seen it as well.

Brent Bolte came and inspected my roof and found major repairs to be needed. We got in touch with my insurance company. He was here when the insurance adjuster came out. They worked great together. Brent was there every step of the way keeping me updated. When he did my roof the installers were very professional and cleaned up the shingles and nails every day. Brent was here every day to supervise. My roof was done in 3 days. He waited until I got my insurance check back before I had to pay him which was awesome. I can't say enough positive things about Brent.

DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING Company!!! They do NOT back their work. My sister used them to do her roof two years ago. In October, Plano experienced several inches of rain. My sister noticed the wall in her dining room was buckling and the picture on the wall was falling off. After examining it further she realized she had a water leak. She called BOLD out to look and told them about the leak. The man who climbed on the roof told her the leak was from squirrels. She then called her pest control company who came out and said, yes their was a squirrel who had made a nest but the roofing had NO FLashing! She then called BOLD back and they refused to come back saying it wasn't their problem. She called two more roofing companies to take a look and they BOTH AGREED there was NO FLASHING! It is now January 30th, 2019, and BOLD has done NOTHING!! Her dining room walls have to be gutted for water damage and her hardwood floors replaced. She has sent a registered letter to them and they have 7 days to respond. If there is no response, the attorney will file against them for damages. DON'T take the chance in using them. You may be sorry!!

Bob (Stevens) was the best. he took care from A through Z. Was available on very short notice to deal with all questions by Insurance adjuster. Did a good job and ensured that our claim was reimbursed appropriately.
