I didn't use Bohemia roofing.... But I have to say they are very responsive and flexible when it came to their communications. That's one small gripe I had with the roofers I decided to go with. They were one of the two recommended roofers in our neighborhood.

I just wanted to give them their kudos for being great at communicating with their potential customers.

I was referred to Vashek by a friend who told me he did good work. I had already gotten an estimate by another contractor. The price was less than the other contractor and more importantly the other contractor made me feel like it was just another job and not really that important. Vashek was much more concerned about making sure my family was taken care of and had a roof. Much more of a family business vibe. Anyway, once i approved the job it went much faster than i expected. I've honestly not gone on mybroof to look lol but it looks good and does what it's supposed to. I've referred them to a neighbor and they are also pleased. So i would definitely recommend this company:)

Vashek found the issue with the leak immediately and told me it was pretty obvious from above where the leak was. The other companies couldn't find the problem. I appreciate his quick response and honesty and will contact him again should I have any roofing needs in the future.

Bohemia Roofing used the Gacco product for the flat portion of my roof almost 5 years ago. Last week a very small amount of water was seeping through. I contacted them and they promptly came out and fixed the issue.
(Turns out it was from debris compiling on my flat roof, but they were nice enough to clean it for me).
This company stands by their work!

We used Bohemia Roofing to replace our entire roof last month. We bought the house less than a year ago and the inspector told us the roof was in good shape. Boy were we fooled! After the storms we had this past winter I think we had more shingles on the ground than we did on the roof! We had multiple people come out to provide us with estimates but we decided to go with Vashek after his estimate provided the best product replacement. It wasn't the cheapest quote but I am very happy we didn't go cheap. Vashek made some repairs that he didn't originally quote us for and from start to finish was 2 days. Our roof looks great and we are very happy. Thanks again to Vashek and Lana! Lana was great to work with and very patient with us and our questions. Definitely give them a try for your roofing needs!

He immediately put my mind at ease as he told me he deals with the exact same issue all of the time and knew exactly what to do. He came out the same week and took care of the repair in one day. I had three roofers quote me for a new roof before I chose Bohemia. Not only was Vashek and Lana very transparent, their quote happened to be the lowest. Choosing the lowest bidder, I admit, I had a knot in the pit of my stomach thinking of all the negative possibilities that could occur. Every step of the way, Vashek and Lana put those fears to rest.
