We are blessed. We needed all new fascia boards on our old house. We, too, are wary and searched and researched for someone to do this job for us. Not many people wanted to do this job after seeing what it entailed. They either said no straight out, or didn't get back to us. Bob came when he said he would; sat in his truck and wrote up the estimate on site. We also needed roof repair, and we agreed to get the elastomeric coating on the crickets where the water runs down; and on the day of Bob let me add the awnings to the paint job. The estimate was better than we expected; we liked Bob, and accepted. He and his crew showed up when they said they would; and they were smiling and happy to be there. It was the hottest day of the year; still they worked, took breaks as needed, and worked until the job was finished over two days. Our joy at their work is exceeding what we hoped for. No scam, just really good work. By the way; it was left clean around the grounds; better than when they got here; and of course, they were all smiling at the end as were we. Value? You can't put a price on it! We will need a new roof next year; and no doubt we will call Bob again; but not when it is soooo hot outside! Our thanks to all the men who worked on this for us! God is good.

We hired him to do some facia, some painting and some tile roof work. The facia was ok, but he didn't finish painting the other side with the paint that we bought. He put a big hunk of roof tile next to our front door that wasn't complete, or sealed in, and he left us his mess!!! I mean he put all of the painted boards in my green waste can (not greenwaste!). He left our can of paint on the side of the house with a used paint brush on top and paint splatter everywhere! He left us the old gutter to dispose of too!

I'm sitting out there in the evening with a glass of wine, and he and his crew literally left their empty water bottles for me to pick up on my patio!

My husband asked that he text him when he was done, so he could go out and inspect the work. Nope, just two coffee cups (which I threw away) and an invoice, and a big mess for us to clean up!.

My husband sent him messages about the big ass roof tile that was sloppily installed, and nothing.

Never, never, never again! We saved money for this work, and paid him cash, including $10.00 to get paint because my husband's car had a dead battery.

So, now we have to replace the roof tile, and hire someone else to finish the painting, and clean up the mess!

I had my roof fix by them and they did a great job. They also fixed my boyfriends fathers roof and he was very satisfied with the service they provided. They are very friendly, do an awesome job and great pricing. I will use them again and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.
