I was in the process of relocating from Mississippi to Florida and found the house I wanted. Unfortunately the roof definitely needed to be replaced prior to the purchase. I could not have asked for the seller to have found a better company. (I actually used the same company 30 plus years before when I lived in Florida and they were more or less starting out).

McKeithen roofing sent their representative to meet with my representative to choose the color of shingles, explain exactly what they would be doing, how long it would take, warranty, etc. They patiently answered all the questions asked and then went further and called me, as the new homeowner to be, to see if i had any questions.

The roof is on, It looks great. Had a few heavy storms since I moved in with absolutely no issues. As a precaution after the first major storm came through, I looked for the warranty with all the closing documents and no luck. I know it was there at the closing! I called McKeithen and without hesitation they took my information as well as the previous owner's and said they would have the applicable paperwork sent to me. They did so, almost immediately.

Their before, during, and after customer service has been phenomenal. Thank you Rusty, Barbara and everyone at McKeithen for making the new roof such an easy experience!
