I will be honest I was a little suspicious when I saw how many good reviews they have. We built a large 2 story barn and every contractor, including roofers, seem to have a mediocre review at best. Long story short, I lost my previous roofer and the framers were getting to the point they needed flashing installed so they could complete the siding. I called Bob Jahn's roofing and talked with Tiffany (who seems to take care of all the details for Bob). She was enthusiastic, responsive and jumped on my request immediately. I called Tiffany either Thursday or Friday and she was out with an estimator early next week. I told her I desperately needed someone to at least install flashing within the next week and then I needed a new roof install and gutters shortly after that. Tiffany jumped on it and had a roofing/flashing crew out to install everything over Labor Day weekend. She was all ready to jump on the gutters as well, but I had to hold her back so we had time to paint the fascia before they put up the gutters. Once we did, the gutters were up within the week. Tiffany was amazing and a delight to work with, and so were the crews. The crews gave me a play by play plan: What time they would show up and leave and they made sure the hours would work for me. The best part about the whole experience is their price was in-line, if not cheaper than some of the other bids I received. I admit I can be a pain in the @$$ customer with high expectations. I will honestly say Bob Jahn's was one of the best customer experiences' I've ever had. I highly recommend you giving them a shot to estimate your job. Good Job Guys!! We Love our Roof.

I had a small 40 foot section of gutter that I needed replaced. I called multiple companies for quotes and they were either not interested in doing the work or gave me really high prices. Bob Jahn's Roofing gave me a fair price. They came out and were professional and the installation looks great!

We had Bob Jahn's roofing replace the roof for our cabin in Truckee. We used them based on a recommendation from my neighbor who has previously used them. The job was completed within the time frames quoted and as promised. The workmanship was great. I really appreciated the fact that the area was kept clean and I did not find alot of nails or other debris scattered around the jobsite.

Bob is very knowledgeable about roofing. He upgraded my roof with venting and other features which were not in the code when the old roof was originally installed 30 years ago. None of the other quotes included these code upgrades. (I did some research and found out that indeed these improvements were necessary.)

I'd recommend Bob and would use him again!

My husband & I love our new ""Mist White"" roof installed by Bob Jahn's Roofing in May. Bob & his office manager provided the best customer service. They both responded to our questions, requests, & concerns promptly. The entire roofing process went smoothly; from the tear-down crew, from the roofing supply deliverers, from the two hard-working roof installers to the gutter installer. All crews were on time and focused on their tasks.

The inspection stated that this was one of the best roof installed & of course he signed off the paperwork. The inspector was a contractor at one time so his comment reassured our minds our roof was installed properly & professional looking.

Of the many home projects completed on our home, this was a stress-free experience and best of all a properly installed roof. Everything turned out good because the January storm caused damages on our home. Thank you Bob & staff.

Fabulous company to work with. Bob communicated well, arrived on time, gave me a complete estimate and explained about what would happen if they found unforeseen damage. Help me to decide on the appropriate material to replace my tile roof. His crews were meticulous with keeping the job site clean and installation was quick. Worked with the county inspectors so I was not inconvenienced. Beautiful job. Bob went above and beyond when he responded to my panicked call about a small leak not caused by his crew's work, but by the company who reinstalled my solar panels on top of the new roof. He came out immediately and remedied the problem. I've had peace of mind over this wet winter thanks to Bob Johnson. Would recommend highly.

I contacted Bob for an estimate on a complete roof job, from day one he was courteous and professional in every way possible. I had a few options but chose his company to take on the job and they did not disappoint.....I even had them do the gutters and insulation.... definitely would recommend him.....

Be careful if you use this roofer!!! They quoted me a price to put a new roof on my house but when I got the final bill it was $4,000 more than the original bid! They said it was for the extra work they had to do but they never asked me if I was okay to do the extra work. What a rip off!!!
