About 7 months ago my husband and I were walking in our neighborhood and saw a neighbor getting their roof replaced by Jahn's. Every day on our walk we watched the progress and saw they completed a large two story home in less than a week! I told my husband to make a mental note of that company.
Fast forward five months and we ended up purchasing our first home which needed a roof (of course). We had a few different companies come to give us quotes and we ended up selecting Jahn's for a couple reasons...Randy was great! He took the time to explain and show the different layers of what our roof would consist of. Also, their price was competitive and the warranty you can't beat!
Roof day came and went! The crew was quick and efficient and the project manager kept us in the loop of everything going on. The brothers that did the gutters were fabulous also. Efficient and took pride in what they did.

Very pleased with my new roof. Good communication, crews were very courteous and prompt. Finished ahead of schedule, and cleaned up afterwards. Owner stopped by on second day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Excellent customer service.

This company assured me all of the mess they made while replacing my roof would be cleaned up. After the job was done I found loose nails and even a sheet of nails that goes in a nail gun in my yard. I have a toddler, and I don't need her stepping on a sharp nail. I ended up having to ask for the crew to come back TWICE to clean up things I found, and to finish things correctly that they were just going to leave behind. They moved our drain pipe to another location but left the bracers and screws in the siding of my house. Seems very careless to me.. we had new gutters installed and I have had to ask for them to come back and reseal them since they leak. I don't believe that they checked for leaks before finishing the job. The roof and gutters cost over $12,000 and I had thought for how much money I spent the job would have been done with care. Now it's raining outside and I see my gutters are still leaking. Very disappointing. A roof and gutters are an investment and I feel that the job was not done with care. The roof I have no issues with. No leaks.

I don't typically write reviews, but Bob Jahn's really came through. I have been living in my new house for just over a month and knew I needed a roof. After getting several different bids and meeting with different contractors, I knew instantly I'd go with Bob. Craig did a phenomenal job of walking me through the process, the costs, and the materials involved, and brilliantly addressed the questions that I had all while educating me on how to approach asking the right questions when speaking with other contractors.

The job was done fast, clean, and professionally. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Great customer service. Craig was amazing to work with, always answered my many questions, very helpful and knowledgeable. The roofers were very clean and efficient. Roof looks amazing. Changed roof from shake to a tri-laminate, came out just as we wanted. Ran into a challenging situation and they did great resolving it! Highly recommend!!!

I will be honest I was a little suspicious when I saw how many good reviews they have. We built a large 2 story barn and every contractor, including roofers, seem to have a mediocre review at best. Long story short, I lost my previous roofer and the framers were getting to the point they needed flashing installed so they could complete the siding. I called Bob Jahn's roofing and talked with Tiffany (who seems to take care of all the details for Bob). She was enthusiastic, responsive and jumped on my request immediately. I called Tiffany either Thursday or Friday and she was out with an estimator early next week. I told her I desperately needed someone to at least install flashing within the next week and then I needed a new roof install and gutters shortly after that. Tiffany jumped on it and had a roofing/flashing crew out to install everything over Labor Day weekend. She was all ready to jump on the gutters as well, but I had to hold her back so we had time to paint the fascia before they put up the gutters. Once we did, the gutters were up within the week. Tiffany was amazing and a delight to work with, and so were the crews. The crews gave me a play by play plan: What time they would show up and leave and they made sure the hours would work for me. The best part about the whole experience is their price was in-line, if not cheaper than some of the other bids I received. I admit I can be a pain in the @$$ customer with high expectations. I will honestly say Bob Jahn's was one of the best customer experiences' I've ever had. I highly recommend you giving them a shot to estimate your job. Good Job Guys!! We Love our Roof.

I had a small 40 foot section of gutter that I needed replaced. I called multiple companies for quotes and they were either not interested in doing the work or gave me really high prices. Bob Jahn's Roofing gave me a fair price. They came out and were professional and the installation looks great!

We had Bob Jahn's roofing replace the roof for our cabin in Truckee. We used them based on a recommendation from my neighbor who has previously used them. The job was completed within the time frames quoted and as promised. The workmanship was great. I really appreciated the fact that the area was kept clean and I did not find alot of nails or other debris scattered around the jobsite.

Bob is very knowledgeable about roofing. He upgraded my roof with venting and other features which were not in the code when the old roof was originally installed 30 years ago. None of the other quotes included these code upgrades. (I did some research and found out that indeed these improvements were necessary.)

I'd recommend Bob and would use him again!
