A 2-3 week job according to them (which they did say could end up taking 5-6 weeks depending on inspectors' availability) ended up taking 3.5 months. They also completely disappeared at the end of the job and we were left to manage the final building inspection ourselves. Additionally, they approved fixtures for our bathroom which we paid for and which later needed to be upgraded per an inspector. They did not cover the cost of these upgraded fixtures even though they should know the code and approved the ones we originally bought. Now, less than two months out of construction, the brand new fixtures for said bathroom are not functioning. I've been trying to get ahold of them to come fix them as surely they must cover their work for a certain amount of time after construction, and lo and behold they are no where to be found. I've tried emailing and texting both Bud (the contractor) and Maricruz (his wife and office manager), and neither have responded to multiple inquiries.

Hired BMV to remodel our kitchen, which included removing a few load bearing walls. They did a phenomenal job. The project didn't go without delays or its miscues but the important thing is they always wanted to ensure we were satisfied with the final product. We will be using them again.
