Disaster One has been a huge help to us at Yes! Communities. They have assisted us in a few situations where water intrusion was an issue. One call to Melissa and she had everything lined up. We had a crew out there same day on more than one occasion and then from there they coordinated all of the needed scheduling. Melissa is so accommodating and responsive and her follow up is like no other. They do not close their ticket until everyone is satisfied. My first day on the job as a Property Manager, I was introduced to Melissa Ink, a representative of Disaster One. She was very polite and provided me information regarding what they can do for us in an unfortunate situation. I had no idea we would use them a week later!
We have had a mold issue with one of our residents in an outside storage closet. When I called Melissa, she was very prompt. I had an estimate the same day. Once I received approval from my corporate office, they were out the next day. Every staff member I encountered was polite, professional and worked with a sense of urgency.
