Our management company informed us that blusky said we harassed them and demanded warranties when we simply had a conversation with them regarding whether it was safe for them to do 12 days of mold remediation on out kitchen in our small apartment while we were preset. Blusky said it was. (Never mind not having a kitchen for 2 weeks as a renter.) We requested this verbal assurance in writing. Instead we received an email from our management company stating: ""Due to the recent events involving our vendor BluSky and their interactions with you, BluSky has notified us that they will not proceed with work on the unit unless it is vacated. While in the unit you both harassed the vendors and demanded written warranties and appeared to prevent work. The conversation led the BluSky team to believe that at the end of the work day, you would likely interfere with and contaminate the containment area before the next work day would commence. As such, the remediation team will not be conducting any further work in your unit until you have vacated for the length of the work, which is expected to take 9 days in total.""
What kind of professional lies about it being safe to stay in the unit, but when politely asked to supply it in writing, tells lies to our management company like this?
To add insult to injury, their entire containment collapsed. This is the kind of work they do and how they treat people. I've requested to speak to them to resolve but they refuse to talk to me since I'm the resident but this is my home and I have to deal with the health implications and consequences of their negligence.

If this is Blusky in Signal Hill, I gotta say I'm not impressed - at all. Would never use them, would never recommend them. Work seems to be good, although there is still a gouge out of my bath tub and several other issues, but what I was quoted as a four week job ended up taking 5 months with ridiculous delays and no contact all along the way. Find a better company.

Worst construction company ever. Period. I will never forgive them for how much they've inconvenienced my life and how lazy and bad their work was.

My sister recommended BluSky (based on her experience when they were Harbro) for a family restoration project after an accident.
The Project Director assigned to our project was a bully and a liar, so we've decided to go with another restoration company.
1) He insisted that we spend nearly $600 for an air clearance test that was not required by law and told us repeatedly that his crew would not work without the written report. (Our insurance adjuster has found us two other restoration companies who will.)
2) When he arrived to do the initial inspection of the damage for restoration, he threw a fit because the abatement company had left their plastic sheeting in place over the damaged areas. He told us he couldn't work like that, pointed out things unrelated to the restoration work, and practically threw things at me to make his point. He called our insurance adjuster and told him that WE didn't want him to come that day (the insurance adjust then called me and told me he was just 20 minute away after having driven 2 hours to reach us...) And I told him that the project director had told ME that the insurance adjuster was not coming that day. I guess he lied to both of us thinking that we wouldn't speak to each other??
Our adjuster came anyway and did his inspection and measurements 'cuz, guess what?, HE could see through the thin plastic sheeting to determine what needed to be done...
We cannot recommend BluSky on the basis of these interactions, but we should have known better because in the prior few email and phone conversations with the project director he was condescending, didn't listen, spoke over us, claimed he had not received emails we sent him, arrogant, and bullying. Who could recommend that behavior.
