Excellent Job! The whole process was stress free! The roof replacement went exactly to schedule from tear-off to complete installation of the concrete tile.

The crew arrived early each day and prepared the surrounding house to keep it from damage. The pool was covered with a tarp so debris would not land in the pool and at the end of each day the crew went around the house and cleaned up any debris including sweeping the patios and the walkways.
All of the crew was very nice and careful to ensure there were no issues to the property including the landscaping.

Steve kept me informed on each phase of the replacement and there were no surprises in the cost. One of the most important issues for me was Steve's knowledge about roofing and explaining to me the different roofing materials. He asked me questions including what was most important to me about the type of roof I was looking for.

I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Blues Brothers Roofing Company. It feels good to have a new roof on the house!

WARNING! Please be advised about this companies policy. This company will only replace your gutters and roof. If in the process they damage the side of your house or happen to chip any paint during removal of gutters/roof they will explain that THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAINTING. They will not restore your project to new and will be left with the bill. An entire downspout was replaced and I now have chipped paint running down the entire front of my house

Blues Brothers Construction Company has just finished replacing the roof on our home. They did excellent work and communicated extremely well with my wife and I during the entire process. No questions went unanswered, and someone responded almost immediately when we had something to ask, or had a concerned. We were walked through the entire process by our rep Steve, or anyone from the office staff we spoke with. The site supervisors were also extremely professional and discussed anything we needed to know about, or answered any questions we had during the process. The pricing was well within the other quotes I received, and as a note, they also take care of Veterans. They also have done many homes is our community and when I inquired with our property manager he stated that is had not heard anything negative about their work in the area. The bottom line is the quality of work they have done, the communication and professionalism from everyone on the staff, all the positive online reviews, and also the pricing.

They showed up nobody had a mask on but that the least of the problems . To start they give you a 30 min virtual presentation how there going to cover pool drive grass on either side of house . That's not true only covered drive way and they still managed to get tar on driveway and hand painted flower pots . Watch out for the bait and switch with blues brothers roofing . A salesman dropped me off 3 roof tile samples with different numbers on each one . I gave my salesman the number on the tile I wanted . He emailed me a contract with the tile name on it said that was tile I picked out . The tile wasn't even close in color there's always going to be a slight variation in colors be this wasnt even close . When I spoke to Steve about it . His reply you signed a contract for that tile color and was it's a close out tile take it up with manufacturer I didn't by it from manufacturers I got it from blues brothers . Also if you don't know what a close out tile is . This means they made to many tile for a certain job and have left over so that being the case my sample should of came from that inventory of close out tile and should be exactly the same not totally different . Next issue my skylights that we're only 5 years old and didn't leak . I spoke with job Forman during demo he said my skylight were fine and in good shape. After demo they were leaking when they tried to repair them they leaked even more. They told me they had to be replaced I said ok salesman's said 900 dollars . When I checked contract the est. was 700 dollars. When they replaced skylights they were off center in opening and silver on inside metal . The skylights they removed were white on inside to match ceiling . When I spoke to Steve he said he never installed skylights with white metal on inside trim and he don't know where to get them. So I emailed him the company I got them from before steve told me 4 to 6 weeks before he could get them and double the original quote . I went next morning and picked them up myself . Now clean up , they don't clean up I understand it's construction and it's going to be messy but I have elderly parents. The Driveway and walkways should be swept everyday at end of day tile straps and screws and broke tile are trip hazards for anyone especially elderly people . Steve's answer was its a construction site so much for safety for there customers. Bathrooms due to COVID situation I don't want anyone using to bathrooms so his employees decide to urinate on the side of the house . Brought this issues up to Steve at blues brothers and his reply was tell me who it was I will handle it. Really there's 20 men I don't know there names and other than forman everyday different people were here. My last communication with Steve was his installer of skylights assured him skylight were straight in opening no true . If his installer could she that they were straight here would of told him that they were also white on interior and replaced them with the same . He needs his eyes checked. Garbage there is garbage on every side of my house and in driveway for week it's roof debris tiles ties screws . Job started in August 2020 it's now October 15 2020 and still not done . I can never get anyone on phone emails answered next day . I will keep updating progress. Look on goggle I will start posting all pic also Facebook twitter Instagram and BBB.

I talked to 4 roofing companies and they all said it would be a minimum of 4-6 months due to the shortage of roof tiles. The prices were comparable. I reached out to Steve at B.B. and he said he would research dealers for my specific tile. Within an hour he located the material. Three weeks later (one week late do to Hurricane Dorian) my roof was completed including the gutters. They sent me photos of the progress (I live out of state) and called every few days. My phone calls were promptly returned. Steve personally visited the site (in the rain) and Kelly the inside coordinator was absolutely perfect. There was not a single blade of grass damaged during the construction period. The place was left immaculate.

Don't waste your time researching roofers...It couldn't be any better than the Blues Brothers group.

I was contacted by the company on Tuesday (8/7) with an apology, an explanation as to where apparently several things went wrong on their side in regards to communicating with me, and an offer to still come out for the estimate. The roofer came out the same day to evaluate the repairs I needed and was able to call me after to discuss, since I was unable to be home.

I can appreciate a company that is willing to admit when they've dropped the ball, and so updated my review to reflect that.
