We had Roofing Pups replace our roof a few weeks ago. Didn't know what to expect as this was our first roof replacement, but Dacota came out and walked us through the process and it was honestly kind of fun picking out what shingles and what color we were going to go with. They made it really easy for us which was awesome because we were a little stressed about this process before they came out. If you think you might need a roof, definitely call them out because when they say they offer peace of mind along with their roofs - they mean it!

Roofing Pups are the best. They took photos inside and out. Their inspector had this Ai software that reproduced my roofs architecture on their iPad in seconds from the photos they took of my house exterior.

These guys are through, They gave me photos inside and out. They sold me on replacing my old awnings/soffits with maintenance free vinyl awnings including facia board protectors that will increase the air flow through my ridge vents keeping the house cooler and the attic dry.

They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, and they guarantee their workmanship for 10 years.

Sent sales rep to my house for 2 hours. I told them I'm still shopping and still comparing rates but they were really trying to pressure me to get the job started with them. They tried all sorts of scare tactics to get me to do stuff with them right away.

Roofing Pups has horrible customer service and their front office does not know what is going on with their subcontractors. Their communication is terrible and you have to actively follow up with them for anything. The one positive thing i will say was that the work was eventually completed, but it certainly wasn't without a lot of stress and lost sleep on my end, and it wasn't nearly on time. I was deeply disappointed with my experience and wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

Angi recommendation. Came out same day which is nice. Miscommunication about when tech would be there for free estimate and then told me they couldn't do any of the work that I posted the job for once they got there.
