I had a very negative experience with this company. On April 4 2023 I signed a contract and paid a deposit. I agreed a start date in early September and kept in constant communication with the sales rep. In early August I paid over 17k for supplies. On the week that I thought the work would start I had a phone call from the sales rep Mike Bessette. He told me that the work would be delayed by 20 weeks and the company required an additional $7800. I was astonIshed and upset. He agreed I could speak to a senior representative in the company. The individual I spoke to did not care about my concerns. I asked to see paperwork to support the price increase. He refused to give me any information. He told me that I had to accept the price increase and the delay. He had absolutely no concern that they were reneging on a contract and laughed when I stated I would talk to a lawyer. His comment was "" good luck with that "".
