I called this company to set-up an inspection of my roof on my day-off. Melissa took the call and told me that Carlos would be at my home between 1 and 2 p.m. the next day and added that Carlos would call me ahead of time. I don't normally have a day-off during the week so I really had a lot to do that day. Well, 1:10 rolled around and I didn't hear from Carlos. So I called the office and reached the voice mail. I left a message and Melissa called back in about ten minutes. She said she had been out to lunch and that Carlos' cell phone had a problem and he sent her a text message saying he was at an ""adjustment meeting"" and was running very late. Well, there went my afternoon. She offered to re-book me any other day and even a Saturday, but at this point all I can think is this is my first contact and with this company and I had to call THEM and remind THEM of the appointment and I'm sure not going to waste a Saturday waiting for someone who may or may not show-up on time. Besides, my gut told me not believe whatever I was being told about a bad cell phone and some ""meeting"". So, I told the girl to forget it and I guess I'll try somewhere else.
